(1) Learners under categories defined at Point a, b Clause 1, Article 19 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube High School Graduation Exam Regulations issued together withCircular 24/2024/TT-BGDDTcan be considered for special graduation in the event of an accident, illness or exceptional emergency not more than 10 days before xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube or on the first test day preventing them from attending xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube.
- Conditions: Eligible to take xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube, with both academic and conduct evaluations in grade 12 being rated from good or higher;
- Application includes: Hospital admission and discharge documents (or verification of ongoing treatment) from a hospital of district level or higher (if suffering from accident or illness) or verification from the local People’s Committee where they reside (if there is an exceptional emergency); the official report proposing special consideration for high school graduation from the respective school where xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube registration took place and evidence of academic and conduct achievements in grade 12.
