According to đá bóng trực tiếp provisions of Article 21Circular 04/2022/TT-BLDTBXH, đá bóng trực tiếp classification of academic results at đá bóng trực tiếp college level according to đá bóng trực tiếp annual training system is as follows:
- After each semester or academic year, learners are classified according to a 10-point scale as follows:
+ Excellent: from 9.0 to 10;
+ Good: from 8.0 to 8.9;
+ Fair: from 7.0 to 7.9;
+ Average: from 5.0 to 6.9;
+ Poor: below 5.0.
- Learners with a good grade or higher will be downgraded by one level if they fall into one or more of đá bóng trực tiếp following cases:
+ Disciplined by đá bóng trực tiếp school from đá bóng trực tiếp level of warning or higher in đá bóng trực tiếp semester or academic year being graded;
+ Have to retake one subject or module in đá bóng trực tiếp semester, academic year for excellent grade; have to retake two or more subjects or modules in đá bóng trực tiếp semester, academic year for good grade (excluding conditional subjects; subjects or modules temporarily postponed or exempted).

What are đá bóng trực tiếp conditions for college-level learners in đá bóng trực tiếp annual training system in Vietnamto be recognized for graduation?
Based on Clause 1, Article 26Circular 04/2022/TT-BLDTBXH, đá bóng trực tiếp conditions for graduation recognition are as follows:
Graduation conditions
- Learners are recognized for graduation when they meet đá bóng trực tiếp following conditions:
a) đá bóng trực tiếp score of each graduation exam or thesis, graduation project topic must be 5.0 or higher on a 10-point scale;
b) Not in đá bóng trực tiếp period of being disciplined from temporary suspension of studies or higher or being prosecuted for criminal liability;
c) Complete other requirements as prescribed by đá bóng trực tiếp school;
- In đá bóng trực tiếp case of learners who commit disciplinary violations or legal violations but are not yet at đá bóng trực tiếp level of being prosecuted for criminal liability, đá bóng trực tiếp principal must organize a disciplinary review before considering đá bóng trực tiếp conditions for graduation recognition for those learners.
- In đá bóng trực tiếp case of learners who are disciplined at đá bóng trực tiếp level of temporary suspension of studies, after đá bóng trực tiếp expiration of đá bóng trực tiếp disciplinary period or criminal prosecution and have conclusions from competent authorities but not at đá bóng trực tiếp level of being expelled, đá bóng trực tiếp principal will organize đá bóng trực tiếp consideration of graduation recognition.
- No later than 15 working days from đá bóng trực tiếp end of đá bóng trực tiếp graduation examination or đá bóng trực tiếp defense of đá bóng trực tiếp graduation project topic, đá bóng trực tiếp graduation review board will organize đá bóng trực tiếp consideration for graduation. No later than 5 working days from đá bóng trực tiếp date of graduation consideration, đá bóng trực tiếp graduation review board shall submit to đá bóng trực tiếp principal đá bóng trực tiếp list of learners who are eligible or ineligible for graduation recognition.
- No later than 3 working days from đá bóng trực tiếp date đá bóng trực tiếp graduation review board makes a proposal, đá bóng trực tiếp principal shall issue a decision on graduation recognition for learners who meet đá bóng trực tiếp graduation conditions.
Thus, đá bóng trực tiếp conditions for college-level learners in đá bóng trực tiếp annual training system to be recognized for graduation are as follows:
- đá bóng trực tiếp score of each graduation exam or thesis, graduation project topic must be 5.0 or higher on a 10-point scale;

Based on Clause 1, Article 24Circular 04/2022/TT-BLDTBX, đá bóng trực tiếp conditions for learners of đá bóng trực tiếp annual training system to be eligible for đá bóng trực tiếp graduation exam include:
- đá bóng trực tiếp final grade of đá bóng trực tiếp subjects or modules in đá bóng trực tiếp program must be passing;
- Not in đá bóng trực tiếp period of being disciplined from temporary suspension of studies or higher, not in đá bóng trực tiếp period of being prosecuted for criminal liability;
- Still have exam attempts and within đá bóng trực tiếp allowable time frame for đá bóng trực tiếp graduation exam according to đá bóng trực tiếp provisions of Clause 2, Article 24Circular 04/2022/TT-BLDTBXH;
- Learners who do not meet đá bóng trực tiếp eligibility requirements for đá bóng trực tiếp graduation exam as prescribed in point a, Clause 1, Article 24Circular 04/2022/TT-BLDTBXH, if still within đá bóng trực tiếp time frame to complete đá bóng trực tiếp program, đá bóng trực tiếp principal may consider, allow them to complete đá bóng trực tiếp subjects or modules that were not passed and organize đá bóng trực tiếp review of conditions for đá bóng trực tiếp graduation exam;
- Learners who do not meet đá bóng trực tiếp eligibility requirements for đá bóng trực tiếp graduation exam due to being disciplined at đá bóng trực tiếp level of temporary suspension of studies, after đá bóng trực tiếp expiration of đá bóng trực tiếp disciplinary period or being prosecuted for criminal liability, with conclusions from competent authorities but not at đá bóng trực tiếp level of being expelled, đá bóng trực tiếp principal will organize đá bóng trực tiếp review of conditions for đá bóng trực tiếp graduation exam;
- Learners who commit disciplinary violations or legal violations but are not yet prosecuted for criminal liability, đá bóng trực tiếp principal must organize a disciplinary review before considering đá bóng trực tiếp conditions for đá bóng trực tiếp graduation exam for those learners.
