Pursuant to Article 5 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Regulation on trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay organization and operation of Athletic Aptitude High Schools issued along withCircular 07/2021/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay organization of Athletic Aptitude High Schools is stipulated as follows:
Firstly, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay organization of Athletic Aptitude High Schools followthe provisions of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Charter for primary schools, Charter for lower secondary schools, upper secondary schools, and schools including multiple educational levels issued by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Minister of Education and Training. In addition, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school must ensure trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay following conditions:
- trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Board of Management assigns at least 01 school leader in charge of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay field of specialized physical education and sports training and at least 01 school leader in charge of cultural education.
(i) trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school leader in charge of specialized physical education and sports training must be professionally trained in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay field of physical education and sports;
(ii) trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school leader in charge of cultural education must be professionally trained in pedagogy in cultural subjects as stipulated.
- Organization of classes.
(i) Cultural knowledge classes follow trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay general education curriculum and consist of students with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay same level of cultural knowledge, which may not be of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay same age;
(ii) Classes consist of students with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay same level of expertise in sports, who might not have trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay same level of cultural knowledge and age. Each class must not exceed 25 students, and each student may only attend 01 specialized class.
Each student is enrolled in 2 types of classes.

- trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school must have a medical department with a professional team of doctors and nurses, equipped with medical facilities to ensure health care, functional rehabilitation, and initial injury first aid during training as stipulated.
- There is a dedicated department for managing student dormitories.
Secondly, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school ensures a sufficient number of teachers for teaching specialized physical education and sports subjects, meeting trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay professional standards for training sports as stipulated by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay physical education and sports industry, possessing at least a university degree in sports education and possessing a certificate as a physical education and sports coach issued by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay competent authority as stipulated.
Thirdly, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Athletic Aptitude High Schools establishspecialized talent classes for each sport when conditions regarding physical infrastructure, training equipment, and teaching staff for talent subjects are met as stipulated.

- Locally affiliated Athletic Aptitude High Schools are under trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay direct professional management of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay state management of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Department of Education and Training regarding trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay general education program.
- Athletic Aptitude High Schools affiliated with Ministries and sectors are under trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay direct management of those Ministries and sectors and under trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay management of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Department of Education and Training where trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school is located regarding trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay general education program.
From trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay above regulations, Athletic Aptitude High Schools are divided into two types: locally affiliated schools and those affiliated with Ministries and sectors. Each type will be managed by different agencies. Specifically:

- Ensure trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay minimum infrastructure standards and provide adequate educational equipment for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay respective educational level as stipulated by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training.
- Ensure trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay conditions of infrastructure, equipment, and specialized tools to organize teaching, training, practice, and competition for sports subjects included in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school’s training program and plan as stipulated.
- Have dormitories and canteens that meet trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay requirements for students in need of boarding.
- Manage and use assets according to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Law on Management and Use of Public Property.
