Based on Article 4 ofCircular 27/2023/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ organization of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ textbook selection council for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ 5th grade at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institution in Vietnam is as follows:

(1) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ textbook selection council is established by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Principal, assisting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ head of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institution in organizing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ selection of textbooks.

Each educational institution establishes one (01) Council. For educational institutions with multiple educational levels, each level establishes one (01) Council.

(2) Number and structure of Council members

- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council consists of:

+ trực tiếp bóng đá k+ head and vice head

+ Heads of professional groups, specialized groups, and professional rooms (hereinafter referred to as professional groups)

+ Representative teachers

+ Representatives of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Parents Committee of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institution

trực tiếp bóng đá k+ number of Council members is odd, with a minimum of 11 (eleven) people. For educational institutions with fewer than 10 (ten) classes, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ minimum number of Council members is 05 (five) people;

- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ structure of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council includes: Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and other Council members.

trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Chairman of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council is trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Principal; in cases where trực tiếp bóng đá k+ head is not allowed to participate in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council according to Clause 3, Article 4 ofCircular 27/2023/TT-BGDDTand in cases of absence due to force majeure, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Chairman of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council is trực tiếp bóng đá k+ vice head.

- Persons who have participated in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ compilation of textbooks or in directing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ compilation, publishing, printing, or distribution of textbooks (in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ list of textbooks approved by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Minister of Education and Training);

Fathers, mothers, fathers-in-law, mothers-in-law; husbands or wives; siblings, and siblings-in-law of persons who have participated in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ compilation or in directing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ compilation, publishing, printing, or distribution of textbooks; persons working in publishing houses or organizations with textbooks are not allowed to participate in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council.

Based on Article 6 ofCircular 27/2023/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ tasks of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council and its members for selecting Grade 5 textbooks are as follows:

* Tasks of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council

- Organize trực tiếp bóng đá k+ appraisal of minutes from meetings of professional groups; review and evaluate textbooks by teachers; compile trực tiếp bóng đá k+ list of textbooks selected by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional groups;

- Summarize and propose to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ head trực tiếp bóng đá k+ list of textbooks selected by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional groups after meeting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ requirements as stipulated in this Circular.

* Tasks and powers of Council members

(1) Tasks and powers of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council Chairman:

- Responsible for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ activities of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council, develop trực tiếp bóng đá k+ work plan, and organize trực tiếp bóng đá k+ implementation of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council's work plan;

- Organize trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council's activities as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 6 ofCircular 27/2023/TT-BGDDT; Assign tasks to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Vice Chairman, Secretary of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council, and Council members (trực tiếp bóng đá k+ assignments are documented and archived in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council's work file); Preside over Council meetings, review trực tiếp bóng đá k+ minutes of each Council meeting; Propose additional or replacement members for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council (if necessary);

- Handle situations arising during trực tiếp bóng đá k+ textbook selection process according to their authority;

- Responsible for explaining trực tiếp bóng đá k+ textbook selections of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institution;

- Perform tasks and exercise trực tiếp bóng đá k+ powers of a Council member;

(2) Tasks and powers of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Vice Chairman:

- Perform tasks as assigned or authorized by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Chairman; responsible to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Chairman for assigned tasks;

- Perform tasks and exercise trực tiếp bóng đá k+ powers of a Council member;

(3) Tasks and powers of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council Secretary:

- Assist trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Chairman in preparing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ content and work plan of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council;

- Record minutes of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council's work;

- Perform tasks and exercise trực tiếp bóng đá k+ powers of a Council member;

(4) Tasks and powers of Council members:

- Participate fully in Council meetings; in case of absence, submit a written report and obtain trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Chairman's approval;

- Appraise minutes of professional group meetings, review and evaluate textbooks by teachers, compile trực tiếp bóng đá k+ list of textbooks selected by professional groups;

- Perform other tasks as assigned by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Chairman.
