- Universities that violate trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subjects, conditions, and enrollment quotas will be handled according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay law and will not be allowed to determine their enrollment quotas independently for a period of 05 years from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of conclusion of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay violation by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent state agency.

As per Article 8 ofDecree 04/2021/ND-CP:
Violations of enrollment regulations
- A fine of between 10,000,000 VND and 20,000,000 VND will be imposed for one of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following acts:
a) Announcing enrollment, publishing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enrollment scheme that is incorrect or incomplete according to current legal regulations;
b) Announcing enrollment without meeting trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay time frame as prescribed by current law.
- A fine of between 20,000,000 VND and 30,000,000 VND will be imposed for one of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following acts:
a) Publishing enrollment quotas that exceed the quantity specified in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay determination regulations;
b) Not following trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enrollment process as prescribed by current law.
- A fine of between 30,000,000 VND and 40,000,000 VND will be imposed for one of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following acts:
a) Not announcing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay minimum entry quality benchmark for fields of study that have such a requirement;
b) Conducting enrollment not in accordance with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay published enrollment scheme.
A fine of between 40,000,000 VND and 60,000,000 VND will be imposed for organizing enrollment for fields, specialties, or foreign education programs without permission.
Additional penalty: Expelling foreigners who commit trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay violation described in Clause 4 of this Article.
Remedial measure: Forcing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transfer of students who meet trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enrollment conditions to another educational institution that is permitted to operate, or cancelling trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay admission decisions and refunding trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay collected fees to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students if trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transfer cannot be made for violations described in Clause 4 of this Article.

- Announcing enrollment, publishing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enrollment scheme improperly or incompletely according to current regulations; announcing enrollment without meeting trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay time frame as prescribed by current law will be fined between 10,000,000 VND and 20,000,000 VND;
- Publishing enrollment quotas exceeding trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay quantity specified; not following trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enrollment process as prescribed by law will be fined between 20,000,000 VND and 30,000,000 VND;
- Not announcing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay minimum entry quality benchmark for fields that require it; conducting enrollment not in accordance with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay published enrollment scheme will be fined between 30,000,000 VND and 40,000,000 VND;
- Organizing enrollment for fields, specialties, or foreign education programs without permission will be:
+ Fined between 40,000,000 VND and 60,000,000 VND;
+ Subject to additional penalty of expelling foreigners who commit trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay violation;
+ Subject to remedial measures, including forcing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transfer of eligible students to another permitted educational institution or canceling trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay admission decisions and refunding collected fees if trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transfer cannot be made.
