Based on Article 2 ofCircular 26/2009/TT-BGDDT, theuniforms and ceremonial attire are stipulated as follows:

Uniforms and Ceremonial Attire

1. Uniforms are outfits used by all kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp students of a school when attending school to enhance a sense of responsibility, honor, pride in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school's traditions, represent equality among students, and contribute to building a learning environment and cultural lifestyle.

Uniforms include: same-color pants, same-color shirts (shirts, jackets, or traditional long dresses), badges, shoes or sandals.

Additionally, Article 4 ofCircular 26/2009/TT-BGDDTstipulates kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp standards for uniforms as follows:

Uniform Standards

1. Summer uniforms include:a) shirts and trousers or traditional long dresses.b) Shoes or sandals with straps.c) kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school's badge is attached to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp left chest or kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp outer left sleeve (for students at general education institutions); attached to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp left chest (for students at professional lower secondary schools, university students).For female students, if skirts are used, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp length of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp skirt must cover kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp knees.If traditional long dresses are chosen as uniforms, they are only applicable for female students of high schools, professional lower secondary schools, and university educational institutions.

2. Winter uniforms include:a) Jackets.b) Trousers or skirts similar to summer uniforms (for females).c) kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school's badge is attached to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp left chest or kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp outer left sleeve (for students at general education institutions); attached to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp left chest (for students at professional lower secondary schools, university students).

3. Apart from uniform days, on other school days, students must dress neatly, cleanly, and formally.

According to Article 7 ofCircular 26/2009/TT-BGDDT, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp responsibilities of general educational institutions are as follows:

Responsibilities of General Educational Institutions

1. Based on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp climate and weather of different regions, and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp conditions of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school, with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp consensus of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp parents, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Principal decides on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp wearing of uniforms and prescribes kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp design, color, and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp number of uniform days per week.

2. In case of any changes in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp design and color of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp uniforms, approval from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp School Council and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Parent Committee is required.

3. Parents or kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Parent Committee organize kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp making or purchasing of uniforms in conformity with this Circular and other regulations of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school.

Therefore,according to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp above regulations, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp uniform for lower secondary school students is kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp attire used by all kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp students of a school when attending school.

Moreover, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp uniforms for lower secondary school students can vary based on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp climate and weather of different regions, and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp conditions of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school, with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp consensus of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp parents, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Principal decides on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp wearing of uniforms and prescribes kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp design, color, and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp number of uniform days per week.

How old are lower secondary school students in Vietnam?

Based on Article 28 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếpEducation Law 2019, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp education levels and ages in general education are as follows:

Education Levels and Ages in General Education

1. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp levels and ages in general education are regulated as follows:

a) Primary education is conducted over 5 academic years, from grade one to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp end of grade five. Students entering grade one are 6 years old, calculated by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp year;

b) Lower secondary education is conducted over 4 academic years, from grade six to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp end of grade nine. Students entering grade six must have completed primary education. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp age for students entering grade six is 11 years old, calculated by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp year;

c) Upper secondary education is conducted over 3 academic years, from grade ten to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp end of grade twelve. Students entering grade ten must have a lower lower secondary school diploma. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp age for students entering grade ten is 15 years old, calculated by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp year.

Lower secondary education is conducted over 4 academic years, from grade six to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp end of grade nine.

Students entering grade six must have completed primary education.

kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp age for students entering grade six is 11 years old, calculated by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp year.

In other words, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp age range for lower secondary school students is from 11 to 14 years old.

Therefore,according to these regulations, lower secondary school students start from grade 6 and are 11 years old.

Note:In cases where students are advanced in their studies or have higher age than kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp age specified in Clause 1, Article 28 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếpEducation Law 2019, this includes:

- Students who advance in their studies in case of early intellectual development;

- Students with a higher age due to being held back, students in economically and socially disadvantaged areas, students from ethnic minorities, students with disabilities, students who are underdeveloped physically or intellectually, orphans without guardians, students from poor households, students returning from abroad, and other cases as regulated by law.
