What are required contributions and achievements in education and training for attaining xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 "People's Teacher" in Vietnam?
Based on Article 7 ofDecree 35/2024/ND-CP, attaining xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 of People's Teacher requires the following contributions and achievements to the cause of education and training:
(1) Having received xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 of provincial-level excellent teacher once or xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 of Ministry, sector, provincial emulation fighter once;
Received a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam once or xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 of national emulation fighter once or an order once.
For educators and management officers at preschools, primary schools, secondary schools, reformatories, continuing education institutions, vocational education centers, and secondary vocational schools, they should have received a Certificate of Merit for merit 2 times according to Ministry, sector, provincial levels;
(2) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 standards regarding contributions and achievements to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 cause of education and training prescribed at point a of this clause are equivalently converted according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 types of achievements in Appendix 1 attached toDecree 35/2024/ND-CP.

What are the principles and achievement calculation methods for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 "People's Teacher" in Vietnam?
Based on Article 4 ofDecree 35/2024/ND-CP, the principles and achievement calculation methods for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 "People's Teacher" in Vietnam are as follows:
(1) The achievements to be considered for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 of "People's Teacher" must be obtained during the time of service in the Education sector.
Achievements already considered and awarded state honorary titles including People's Doctor, Meritorious Doctor, People's Artist, Meritorious Artist, People's Artisan, Meritorious Artisan may not be used to propose xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 of "People's Teacher".
(2) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 time individuals are sent to study after being recruited into xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Education sector shall be counted as time of service in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Education sector but is not counted as direct teaching time.
(3) In the process of considering xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 of “People's Teacher,” if an individual changes positions, the evaluation shall be based on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 at the time the individual submits the application for the “People's Teacher” title to the grassroots level Council.
(4) Individuals receiving salaries and undergoing annual evaluations for emulation and commendation at any unit shall propose xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 of “People's Teacher” at that unit.
(5) For educators, managers at educational institutions, educational management officers, and educational researchers who hold managerial positions for 36 months or more or 03 academic years or more up to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 time of application, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 collective achievement standards stipulated at Clause 5 of Article 7 and Clause 5 of Article 8 ofDecree 35/2024/ND-CPshall apply.
(6) Emphasis on directly teaching educators and managers at educational institutions, organizing education, teaching disabled persons, and learners in special circumstances, educators, and managers at educational institutions in border regions, maritime areas, islands, and regions with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions as defined by the Government of Vietnam (commonly referred to as particularly difficult socio-economic regions) when considering xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 of “People's Teacher.”
Service time for educators and managers at educational institutions in particularly difficult socio-economic regions follows xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 provisions of Clause 4, Article 64 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2Law on Emulation and Commendation 2022.
(7) Management officers at educational institutions who participate in teaching and nurturing with a minimum prescribed workload shall have their direct teaching and nurturing time calculated and converted as follows:
- Management officers atCơ sở giáo trực tiếp bóngdirectly teaching and nurturing up to 30% of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 prescribed teaching hours according to educators' working policies are calculated with a conversion coefficient of 0.3 compared to directly teaching educators;
- Management officers at educational institutions directly teaching and nurturing from 31% to under 60% of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 prescribed teaching hours according to educators' working policies are calculated with a conversion coefficient of 0.6 compared to directly teaching educators;
- Management officers at educational institutions directly teaching and nurturing from 60% to 80% of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 prescribed teaching hours according to educators' working policies are calculated with a conversion coefficient of 0.8 compared to directly teaching educators;
- Management officers at educational institutions directly teaching and nurturing from 81% or more of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 prescribed teaching hours according toChế độ làm việc của nhà giáo trựcare calculated with a coefficient of 1 and do not need conversion.
(8) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Council for considering xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 “People's Teacher” title at all levels shall only present cases that fully meet xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 conditions, standards, procedures, and dossiers prescribed inDecree 35/2024/ND-CPto xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 competent authorities for approval.
