Article 8 ofCircular 29/2023/TT-BGDDTstipulates that đá bóng trực tiếp “For đá bóng trực tiếp Cause of Education” Commemorative Medal (hereinafter referred to as đá bóng trực tiếp Commemorative Medal) is a form of reward from đá bóng trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training, awarded once to individuals within and outside đá bóng trực tiếp Education sector who meet one of đá bóng trực tiếp following criteria:
- Individuals within đá bóng trực tiếp Education sector:
+ Educators, educational administrators at educational institutions and educational management agencies (including officials and public employees, staff specializing in educational management at ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government entities, committees, sectors, central agencies, organizations) with at least 20 years of service in đá bóng trực tiếp Education sector.
In cases where individuals are assigned to study or perform military service during their employment and continue to work in đá bóng trực tiếp Education sector afterward, đá bóng trực tiếp period spent studying or performing military service will be counted as service time in đá bóng trực tiếp Education sector for đá bóng trực tiếp Commemorative Medal consideration.
đá bóng trực tiếp period under disciplinary action will not be counted for đá bóng trực tiếp Commemorative Medal consideration;
+ Individuals who have worked for at least 5 years in areas with especially difficult socio-economic conditions as stipulated by đá bóng trực tiếp Prime Minister of đá bóng trực tiếp Government of Vietnam will be considered for đá bóng trực tiếp Commemorative Medal 5 years earlier than đá bóng trực tiếp time specified in point a of this clause.
- Individuals outside đá bóng trực tiếptrực tiếp bóng đá:
+ Have held leadership or managerial positions for at least 5 years, with significant contributions to đá bóng trực tiếp leadership, direction, and development of đá bóng trực tiếp Education sector;
+ Have made substantial contributions to adopting policies, organizing practical and effective activities for đá bóng trực tiếp development of đá bóng trực tiếp Education sector, or contributing financially or materially to đá bóng trực tiếp sector's development, as confirmed by đá bóng trực tiếp beneficiary unit;
+ Individuals who are overseas Vietnamese or Vietnamese working for foreign organizations in Vietnam and foreigners who have made positive contributions to building, developing Vietnam's education and training, and strengthening đá bóng trực tiếp friendly and cooperative relationships between đá bóng trực tiếp Education of Vietnam and other countries and international organizations.

Calculation of Prize Money Accompanied by đá bóng trực tiếp “For đá bóng trực tiếp Cause of Education” Commemorative Medal in Vietnam
According to Article 58 ofDecree 98/2023/ND-CP:
Prize Money Levels for Certificates of Merit, Commendation, and Commemorative Medals
1. For individuals:
a) Individuals awarded or posthumously awarded đá bóng trực tiếp “Certificate of Merit of đá bóng trực tiếp Prime Minister of đá bóng trực tiếp Government of Vietnam” will receive a Certificate, Frame, and a prize of 3.5 times đá bóng trực tiếp statutory pay rate;
b) Individuals awarded or posthumously awarded Certificates of Merit from ministries, sectors, provinces will receive a Certificate, Frame, and a prize of 1.5 times đá bóng trực tiếp statutory pay rate;
c) Individuals awarded a Commemorative Medal from đá bóng trực tiếp National Assembly Standing Committee will receive a Certificate, Frame, Medallion, Medallion Box, and a prize not exceeding 0.8 times đá bóng trực tiếp statutory pay rate;
d) Individuals awarded a Commemorative Medal from ministries, sectors, provinces, political organizations, political - social organizations, political - social - professional organizations, social organizations, social - professional organizations with a party delegation or a party organization under đá bóng trực tiếp Communist Party in government sectors will receive a Certificate, Frame, Medallion, Medallion Box, and a prize not exceeding 0.6 times đá bóng trực tiếp statutory pay rate;
dd) Individuals awarded Certificates of Merit from military zones, army corps, army branches, general departments and equivalences under đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of National Defense, đá bóng trực tiếp Government Cipher Department; Certificates of Merit from National Universities will receive a Certificate, Frame, and a prize of 1.0 times đá bóng trực tiếp statutory pay rate;
e) Individuals awarded Certificates of Commendation stipulated at points a, b, c, and d clause 1 Article 75 of đá bóng trực tiếp Law on Emulation and Commendation will receive a Certificate, Frame, and a prize of 0.3 times đá bóng trực tiếp statutory pay rate;
g) Individuals awarded Certificates of Commendation from đá bóng trực tiếp Chairman of đá bóng trực tiếp People's Committee at commune level will receive a Certificate, Frame, and a prize of 0.15 times đá bóng trực tiếp statutory pay rate.

According to Article 3 ofDecree 73/2024/ND-CP, đá bóng trực tiếpđá bóng trực tiếp cơis 2,340,000 VND/month.
Theprize money accompanied by đá bóng trực tiếp “For đá bóng trực tiếp Cause of Education” Commemorative Medal is calculated as follows:
Prize Money = statutory pay rate x 0.6 = 1,404,000 VND.
