According to Clause 1, Article 11 ofJoint Circular 13/2016/TTLT-BYT-BGDDT:
Statistics, Reports, and Evaluation on School Health Tasks
- Periodic and Ad hoc Reports
a) Schools must submit annual periodic health activity reports no later than May 30, using the report form specified in Appendix No. 02 issued with this Joint Circular to the local commune health station, the Education and Training Office, and the Department of Education and Training according to management levels;
b) Submit ad hoc reports as requested by higher-level management agencies.
- Evaluation of School Health Tasks
Schools themselves organize evaluations of the implementation results of school health tasks at the end of each school year: preschools evaluate according to the form stipulated in Appendix No. 03 issued with this Joint Circular; primary schools schools, lower secondary schools schools, upper secondary schools, multi-level schools, specialized schools evaluate according to the form stipulated in Appendix No. 04 issued with this Joint Circular.

According to Article 9 ofJoint Circular 13/2016/TTLT-BYT-BGDDT, the organization of activities kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp managing, protecting, and caring kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student health is regulated as follows:
- Conduct health checks at the beginning of the school year to evaluate nutritional status and health: measure height, weight kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp children under 36 months; measure height, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, eyesight kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp students aged 36 months and above.
- Measure height and weight, record growth charts, and monitor physical development kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp children under 24 months monthly and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp children from 24 months to 6 years quarterly; monitor body mass index (BMI) at least twice per school year to advise on proper nutrition and physical activity kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp upper secondary school students.
- Regularly monitor student health, detect vision impairment, spinal curvature, dental diseases, mental health disorders, and other illnesses to address, refer to medical facilities according to regulations, and apply appropriate study and training policies based on health status.
- Cooperate with qualified medical facilities to organize specialized medical examinations and treatment kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp students.
- Perform first aid and emergency care according to current Ministry of Health regulations.
