According to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions of Article 18 ofDecree 46/2017/ND-CPamended by Clause 10, Article 1 ofDecree 135/2018/ND-CPas follows:
Procedures for Primary Schools to Conduct Educational Operations
1. xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Head of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Department of Education and Training decides to allow educational operations for primary schools.
2. xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application dossier includes:
a) A proposal requesting approval of educational operations;
b) A copy issued from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay original register, a certified true copy from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay original document, or a copy accompanied by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay original for comparison of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision on establishment or permission to establish xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school.
3. Implementation procedures:
a) xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay primary school is responsible for preparing xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application dossier requesting approval of educational operations as provided in Clause 2 of this Article;
b) xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Department of Education and Training receives xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dossier, reviews xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay conditions for permitting educational operations according to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions of Article 17 of this Decree. Within 20 working days from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of receipt of a complete and valid dossier, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Department of Education and Training, in coordination with relevant specialized departments, shall give an opinion on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dossier and inspect xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay actual conditions of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay primary school. If xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay conditions are met, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Head of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Department of Education and Training shall decide to permit xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school to organize educational operations; if not, a written notice shall be sent to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school specifying xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reasons and solutions.

Principal and Vice Principal
1. Principal
a) xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay primary school is responsible for managing and directing xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay activities and educational quality of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school.
b) xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay person appointed as a principal for a public school or recognized as a principal for a private school must meet xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay standards specified in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Principal Standard for general educational institutions and meet xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following requirements: must meet xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training standard of teachers as per xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education Law for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay elementary level; has taught for at least 05 years (or 04 years for mountainous areas, islands, highlands, remote areas, ethnic minority areas, and extremely disadvantaged areas) at xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay elementary level.

A principal may not serve at one public primary school for more than two consecutive terms.
