What are duties of the National Examination Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay in Vietnam?

According to Article 6 of the Draft Circular on the High School Graduation trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Regulations (Download), the standards and conditions for participants in organizing the high school graduation examination from 2025 are as follows:

National Examination Steering Committee

1. The Minister of MOET establishes the National Examination Steering Committee, comprising:

a) The Head of the Committee is the Deputy Minister of MOET;

b) The Standing Vice Head and other Vice Heads are leaders of units under MOET;

c) Members are leaders of certain units under MOET and other ministries and sectors;

d) Other special cases are decided by the Minister of MOET.

2. Duties and powers of the National Examination Steering Committee:

a) Assisting the Minister of MOET: Directing and organizing the implementation of national trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay organization plans; overseeing trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay question creation, delivery, and duplication, deciding special situations related to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay questions; directing, inspecting the task execution of Provincial Examination Steering Committees and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Councils; handling arising issues during trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay organization; reporting to the Minister of MOET and competent authorities on the trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay organization status;

b) Establishing the Secretariat to assist the National Examination Steering Committee; the Head of the Secretariat is concurrently a member of the National Examination Steering Committee; the secretaries are officials and public employees of units under MOET and other ministries and sectors;

c) Deciding appropriate resolution methods (in special cases, submitting to the Minister of MOET for decision): Temporarily suspending trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay activities or reorganizing exams at certain trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Councils or nationwide; suspending activities, recommending disciplinary action against violating trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Council leaders;

d) Proposing the Minister of MOET establish an Assessment Council and inspection teams of the National Examination Steering Committee;

dd) Recommending the Minister of MOET to issue commendation and disciplinary decisions (if any) for members of the National Examination Steering Committee and the Secretariat.

3. Responsibilities, duties, and powers of the members of the National Examination Steering Committee:

a) The Head of the Committee decides on organizing the implementation of duties and powers, taking responsibility for the results of the duties of the National Examination Steering Committee according to these regulations;

b) The Vice Heads, members, and secretaries are responsible for the results of duties and powers as assigned or delegated by the Head of the Committee.
