- Level 1:

+ Completely isolated from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái outside starting from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái preparation of question papers or opening original question papers for printing until xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái end of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái last exam.

+ Before starting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái preparation of question papers, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Exam Council/question paper Printing Committee must cooperate with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái police to devise a security plan ensuring safety for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái question paper preparation. This includes ensuring xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái windows of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái rooms are sealed and sealed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái police and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái leadership of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Exam Council/question paper Printing Committee to prevent any outside viewing.

- Level 2:

+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái staff on duty at level 3 are responsible for: Ensuring security and order around xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái question paper preparation area 24 hours a day; controlling access to prevent unauthorized individuals or communication equipment from entering xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái question paper preparation area; recording in a log xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái entry and exit of people and objects into xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái protected area; requiring everyone entering and exiting to wear an ID issued by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Exam Council/Exam Council.

3. Transporting, delivering question papers:

a) xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Paper Transport and Delivery Committee is concurrently xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái leadership of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Exam Council; xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái members of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Committee and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái police performing protection and supervision tasks are decided by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Chairperson of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Exam Council;

b) xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Paper Transport and Delivery Committee is responsible for receiving sealed question paper bags from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái question paper Printing Committee, storing, transporting, and distributing question papers to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Exam Points;

c) xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái question paper bags must be stored in locked, sealed cabinets, lockers, or safes and be protected continuously 24 hours a day; xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái key is held by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Paper Transport and Delivery Committee; xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Paper Transport and Delivery Committee can authorize in writing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái person in charge of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái transport team or group to hold, deliver xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái key to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Heads of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Exam Points. In case it is impossible to transport sealed, locked cabinets, lockers, or safes due to force majeure, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Department of Education and Training must devise a transport plan ensuring security and safety for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái question papers and report to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Ministry of Education and Training before implementation;

d) Record and store delivery-receipt minutes between xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái question paper Printing Committee and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Paper Transport and Delivery Committee, and between xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Paper Transport and Delivery Committee and Heads of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Exam Points.

Is it necessary to have witnesses when unsealing high school graduation question papers in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 19 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Regulation on high school graduation exams promulgated together withCircular 15/2020/TT-BGDDTas amended by Clause 9, Article 1 ofCircular 06/2023/TT-BGDDTstipulates as follows:

Protection and use of question papers and protection of answer sheets at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Exam Points

1. question papers and answer sheets must be stored in separate cabinets. xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cabinets for storing question papers and answer sheets must be secure, locked, and sealed (xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái sealing label must bear xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái signatures of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Exam Point, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái secretary of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Exam Point, and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái police), and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái key is held by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Exam Point. On exam days, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái security duty of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Deputy Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Exam Point is from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái end of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái last shift's work until xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái beginning of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái first shift's work of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái next exam day.

4. Contingency question papers are used only with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái consent of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái National Steering Committee.
