According to Article 20 of đá bóng trực tiếp Draft Circular on Issuance of đá bóng trực tiếp National High School Graduation Exam Regulationsdownload, đá bóng trực tiếp following conditions for exam registration:

- Organizing Registration:

+ Candidates register according to đá bóng trực tiếp regulations and guidance of đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training;

+ Candidates submit their registration dossier for high school graduation recognition along with đá bóng trực tiếp registration application;

+ đá bóng trực tiếp principal of đá bóng trực tiếp high school or đá bóng trực tiếp head of đá bóng trực tiếp registration unit is responsible for:

++ Providing accounts and passwords for candidates as per point a, clause 1 of Article 19 of these Regulations; guiding candidates in preparing documents for online exam registration; collecting registrationforms, entering candidate registration information (for candidates registering directly);

++ Collecting đá bóng trực tiếp registration documents of candidates under points b, c, d, clause 1, Article 19 of these Regulations; providing accounts to candidates immediately upon receipt of dossiers (for direct registration).

- Reviewing and updating information regarding candidates' academic results at high schools; accessing information from đá bóng trực tiếp national population database to confirm priority areas based on permanent residence, ethnic minority status for candidates (carried out on đá bóng trực tiếp Exam Management System);

Learners participating in đá bóng trực tiếp competitions and activities listed below during high school study are awarded incentive points for high school graduation recognition:

[1]Winning individual prizes in student competitions: First, second, third prizes in national competitions, or first prize at đá bóng trực tiếp provincial level will receive 2.0 points; consolation prize in national competitions or second prize at đá bóng trực tiếp provincial level will receive 1.5 points; third prize at đá bóng trực tiếp provincial level will receive 1.0 points;

[2]Winning individual and team prizes in experiments or laboratory tests in Physics, Chemistry, Biology; arts; physical education and sports; national defense education; scientific and technical contests; international letter-writing organized by đá bóng trực tiếp education sector in cooperation with relevant professional sectors from đá bóng trực tiếp provincial level and above.

- For individual prizes: First, second, third national prizes, or first prize at đá bóng trực tiếp provincial level or a Gold Medal will receive 2.0 points; national consolation prize or fourth place in national scientific and technical competitions or second prize at đá bóng trực tiếp provincial level or a Silver Medal will receive 1.5 points; third prize at đá bóng trực tiếp provincial level or a Bronze Medal will receive 1.0 points.
