Based on Article 6 ofDecree 116/2020/ND-CP, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro returnof supporting funds is regulated as follows:

Refund of supporting funds

1. Individuals required to refund tuition fee and living expense support funds include:

a) Pedagogy students who have benefited from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro policy but do not work in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro education sector within 2 years from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro date of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro graduation recognition decision;

b) Pedagogy students who have benefited from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro policy and work in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro education sector but do not meet trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro required working duration as specified in point a, clause 2 of this Article;

c) Pedagogy students who benefit from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro policy but during their study period switch to another training major, discontinue their studies, do not complete trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training program, or are disciplined to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro point of expulsion.

2. Individuals not required to refund tuition fee and living expense support funds include:

a) Within 2 years from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro date of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro graduation recognition decision, pedagogy students work in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro education sector and have a minimum working duration equivalent to twice trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training duration calculated from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro recruitment date;

b) Pedagogy students who, after graduation, work in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro education sector but do not meet trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro required working duration as specified in point a, clause 2 of this Article and are reassigned to work outside trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro education sector by a competent state authority;

c) Pedagogy students who, after graduation, continue to be seconded, assigned a task, or tendered to pursue higher-level teacher training and continue to work in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro education sector for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro period specified in point a, clause 2 of this Article.

3. Pedagogy students taking temporary leave, suspended from study will not receive trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro support policy during trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro suspension period or temporary leave.

4. Pedagogy students who discontinue their studies due to illness, accidents, retakes, grade retention (no more than once), or discontinue for other reasons not due to discipline or voluntary withdrawal, if allowed by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro teacher training institution to continue their studies, will continue to receive trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro support policy as prescribed in this Decree, but trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro support duration must not exceed trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro maximum period for completing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training program.

Thus, pedagogy students must refund trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro living allowance in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro following cases:

- Not working in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro education sector within 2 years from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro date of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro graduation recognition decision;

- Working in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro education sector but not meeting trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro required working duration as specified in point a, clause 2, Article 6 ofDecree 116/2020/ND-CP;

- Switching to another training major, discontinuing studies, not completing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training program, or being disciplined to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro point of expulsion.

* trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro following cases do not require pedagogy students to refund trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro living allowance:

- After graduation, working in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro education sector but not meeting trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro required working duration as specified in point a, clause 2, Article 6 ofDecree 116/2020/ND-CPand reassigned to work outside trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro education sector by a competent state authority;

- After graduation, continuing to be seconded, assigned a task, or tendered to pursue higher-level teacher training and continue to work in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro education sector for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro period specified in point a, clause 2, Article 6 ofDecree 116/2020/ND-CP.

Based on Article 7 ofDecree 116/2020/ND-CP, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro registration procedures for living expense support for pedagogy students are as follows:

Step 1:Annually, based on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro quotas announced by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro teacher training institution notifies trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro candidates admitted to teacher training majors to register under assignment, placement, tender, or social demand within trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro quotas announced by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training.

Step 2:Within 30 days from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro date of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro admission notification, pedagogy students submit an Application for Support and Commitment to Refund Tuition Fees and living expenses to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro teacher training institution (Form No. 01 in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Appendix issued withDecree 116/2020/ND-CP) either directly, by post, or online (if available).

Step 3:Teacher training institutions compile and notify localities that assigned tasks, made orders, or tendered to jointly consider support for pedagogy students under assignment, placement, or tender.
