Step 1:Parents or guardians of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ student submit a transfer application to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school where trực tiếp bóng đá k+ student intends to transfer to, either directly, via postal service, or online through trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Public Service Portal (if available).
Step 2:Within no more than 03 working days from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ date of receiving trực tiếp bóng đá k+ application, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ principal of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school where trực tiếp bóng đá k+ student intends to transfer to shall provide their consent regarding trực tiếp bóng đá k+ acceptance of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ student on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ application. If trực tiếp bóng đá k+ application is not approved, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ reasons must be clearly stated, and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ application returned to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ parents or guardians through trực tiếp bóng đá k+ submitted method.

Certification for completion of primary education and issuance of lower secondary diploma and upper secondary diploma
1. Students who complete trực tiếp bóng đá k+ primary education programme and meet trực tiếp bóng đá k+ requirements set by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Minister of Education and Training will be certified in their official academic records by a primary school principal that they have completed primary education.
2. Students who complete trực tiếp bóng đá k+ lower secondary education programme and meet trực tiếp bóng đá k+ requirements set by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Minister of Education and Training will be issued with diplomas of lower secondary education by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ head of an educational specialized agency under trực tiếp bóng đá k+ management of a provincial People’s Committee.
3. Students who complete trực tiếp bóng đá k+ upper secondary education programme and meet trực tiếp bóng đá k+ requirements set by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Minister of Education and Training will be eligible to take trực tiếp bóng đá k+ examination. Those who pass trực tiếp bóng đá k+ examination are issued with diplomas of upper secondary education by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ head of an educational specialized agency under trực tiếp bóng đá k+ management of a provincial People’s Committee.
Students who complete upper secondary education and meet trực tiếp bóng đá k+ requirements set by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Minister of Education and Training will be eligible to take trực tiếp bóng đá k+ examination. Those who do not take trực tiếp bóng đá k+ examination or fail trực tiếp bóng đá k+ examination are issued with certificates by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school principal that they have completed general education.
Certificate for completion of general education is used to register for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ examination for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ upper secondary diploma per learners' wish or per trực tiếp bóng đá k+ requirements to continue studying in vocational education and is used in specific cases as prescribed by law.
4. Students with lower secondary diplomas and studying a vocational secondary programme in institutions of vocational education, after completing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ programme, are eligible to take trực tiếp bóng đá k+ examination certifying trực tiếp bóng đá k+ upper secondary education knowledge as prescribed by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Minister of Education and Training. Certificate for achieving sufficient upper secondary education knowledge is used to continue studying a higher qualification of vocational education and is used in specific cases as prescribed by law.
