- Members of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro national team participating in international foreign language Olympiads as per trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Decision of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Minister of Education and Training shall be exempted from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro foreign language paper in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro high school graduation assessment;

- Individuals possessing one of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro foreign language certificates stipulated in Appendix 1 issued withCircular 24/2024/TT-BGDDTor foreign language certificates recognized by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training equivalent to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro 6-level foreign language competency framework used for Vietnam (achieving level 3 or above and valid until trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro date of exam procedures) shall be exempted from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro foreign language papers in thehigh school graduation assessment;

- Individuals eligible for exemption fromforeign language papers but still wish to take trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro foreign language paper in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro graduation exam must use trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro examresults to calculate trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro high school graduation assessment score.

Under Article 45 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Regulations on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro high school graduation exam issued together withCircular 24/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 8, 2025), trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro eligibility requirementsforhigh school graduationrecognitionin Vietnam are as follows:

- Candidateseligible to take trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro high school graduation exam, not subject to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro disciplinary annulment of exam results, achievingabove 1.0 score in all subjects on a 10-point scale, and having graduation assessment points of at least 5.0, are recognized as high school graduation.

- Candidates eligible to take trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro high school graduation exam, exempt from all papers in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro graduation assessment process as per clause 1 Article 39 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Regulations on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro high school graduation exam issued together withCircular 24/2024/TT-BGDDTare recognized as high school graduation.

When are candidates in Vietnam granted an exception of high school graduation recognition in 2025?

Under Article 40 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Regulation on High School Graduation Exam issued withCircular 24/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 8, 2025), trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro cases for granting an exception of high school graduation recognition in 2025 are as follows:

(1) Learners belonging to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro categories stipulated in points a and b, Clause 1, Article 19 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Regulation on High School Graduation Exam issued withCircular 24/2024/TT-BGDDTare granted an exception of high school graduation recognition in cases of accidents, sickness, or unexpected special situations before trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro exam date by no more than 10 days or during trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro first exam session, preventing them from attending trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro exam.

- Conditions: Meet trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro conditions for exam participation, with both training and academic results of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro entire year in grade 12 being assessed at a fairly good level or higher;

- Application includes: Admission and discharge hospital records (or certification of ongoing treatment) issued by hospitals from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro district level or higher (if involved in accidents, sickness) or certification from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro People's Committee of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro commune where they reside (if there are unexpected special situations); trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro school’s minutes proposing an exception of high school graduation recognition where trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro exam registration was done and proof of training and academic results in grade 12.

(2) Learners belonging to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro categories stipulated in points a and b, Clause 1, Article 19 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Regulation on High School Graduation Exam issued withCircular 24/2024/TT-BGDDTare granted an exception of high school graduation recognition if they are involved in accidents, sickness or unexpected special situations after having completed at least one exam subject and cannot continue trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro exams or if they voluntarily sit trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro remaining exams after being involved in accidents, sickness or unexpected special situations.

- Conditions: Meet trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro conditions for exam participation, scoring at least 5.0 (five) points in all completed exam subjects to consider high school graduation recognition, training of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro entire year in grade 12 being assessed from a fairly good level or higher, and academic results at a satisfactory level or higher;

- Application includes: Candidate's application for an exception of high school graduation recognition; admission and discharge hospital records from district-level hospitals or higher (if involved in accidents, sickness) or certification from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro People's Committee of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro commune where they reside (if there are unexpected special situations) and proof of training and academic results in grade 12.

(3) Athletes eligible for an exception of high school graduation recognition as per regulations in Article 5 ofNghị định 36/2019/NĐ-CP.

- Conditions: Meet trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro conditions for exam participation; achieve outstanding achievements in national or international sports competitions; trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro time of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro high school graduation exam coincides with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro time athletes are training abroad or participating in international sports competitions;

- Application includes: Candidate's application for an exception of high school graduation recognition; evidence of outstanding achievements in national or international sports competitions; evidence of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro coincidence between trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro high school graduation exam schedule and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro time athletes are training abroad or participating in international sports competitions.

(4)Procedures:

- No later than 7 days after trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro last exam session, candidates must submit trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro application for granting an exception of high school graduation recognition to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Head of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro unit where trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro candidate is registered. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Head of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro unit where trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro candidate is registered is responsible for collecting and handing over trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro application for granting an exception of high school graduation recognition to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Department of Education and Training;

- Within 30 days after trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro last exam session, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Council for High School Graduation Recognition Assessmentwill consider and decide to grant an exceptionfor candidates based on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro applictaion and provisions in (1), (2).
