Step 1: Submission of documents

- Legal documents confirming land use rights or documents from competent authorities on land allocation or lease for 50 years or more for higher education institution construction, detailing trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay location, boundaries, address, and area of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay land where trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay main office of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay higher education institution is located;

- Approved construction planning and overall design of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay higher education institution by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay provincial People's Committee;

Step 2: Review, amend, supplement, and appraise documents

Within 15 working days from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay date of receipt of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay documents, if they are incomplete as per regulations, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Minister of Education and Training must issue a written notice to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay project owner for amendments and supplements;

Step 3: Complete trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay project document and submit it to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Prime Minister of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Government of Vietnam for decision

Within 30 working days from receiving all written opinions from relevant agencies and units, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training compiles trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay opinions, completes trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay project documents, and submits it to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Prime Minister of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Government of Vietnam;

Note:

After 04 years from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay effective date of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Prime Minister of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Government of Vietnam's Decision on permitting trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay establishment of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay higher education institution, if trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay higher education institution does not meet trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay conditions to be allowed educational operations, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Minister of Education and Training shall report to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Prime Minister of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Government of Vietnam for a decision to annul trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Decision permitting trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay establishment of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay higher education institution mentioned above.

Simultaneously, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training shall issue a written notice to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay provincial People's Committee where trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay higher education institution is located to handle trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay revocation of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay land use rights allocated for higher education institution construction according to authority.

In case trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Decision permitting trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay establishment of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay higher education institution expires, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay State will recover trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay land in accordance with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay current law on land; assets on trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay land will be handled according to current regulations.
