- Studentswho are from ethnic minorities and have been residing continuously for 36 months or more up to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay day of application submission at:

- Wards, commune-level towns in Area 3 and particularly difficult villages in ethnic minority areas and mountainous regions, as well as very difficult communes in coastal and island regions as prescribed by competent authorities (hereinafter collectively referred to as particularly difficult villages and communes);

- Wards, commune-level towns in Area 2 and Area 1 in ethnic minority and mountainous regions as prescribed by competent authorities.

- Ethnic minority students belonging to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay very small ethnic groups stipulated inNghị định 57/2017/NĐ-CP, including students from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay 16 ethnic groups with a population of less than 10,000: Cong, Mang, Pu Peo, Si La, Co Lao, Bo Y, La Ha, Ngai, Chut, O Du, Brâu, Ro Mam, Lo Lo, Lu, Pa Then, La Hu.(2)

* Conditions for applying to ethnic minority boarding upper secondary schools:

- Belong to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay target group for admission specified in Article 9 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Regulations on trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay organization and operation of ethnic minority boarding schools issued together withCircular 04/2023/TT-BGDDT;

- Comply with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay regulations on admission to secondary and upper secondary schools issued by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training.

* Application documents for applying to ethnic minority boarding upper secondary schools:

- For secondary school admission:

+ A valid copy of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay birth certificate;

+ Legal basis to confirm residency information;

+ trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay primary school academic record or other documents substituting trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay academic record;

+ Documents confirming priority policies issued by competent agencies (if any);

- For upper secondary school admission:

+ Legal basis to confirm residency information;

- Organizing specific educational activities appropriate for boarding students.

- Educating students about trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay ethnic policies of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Communist Party and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay State; trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay cultural identity and good traditions of Vietnam's ethnic groups; trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay awareness of contributing to socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, and regions with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions.

- Providing vocational and traditional craft education suitable to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay students' capabilities and qualities, and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay local socio-economic development conditions and requirements.

- Monitoring, counting trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay number of students, evaluating trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational effectiveness annually and in each stage, to develop appropriate measures to improve trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay quality of education at ethnic minority boarding schools.
