Responsibilities of Organizations and Individuals Providing extra class Outside of School Premises According to Current Regulations in Vietnam

According to Article 20 of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Regulations on extra class and Extra Classes promulgated withCircular 17/2012/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay responsibilities of organizations and individuals providing extra class outside school premises are as follows:

- Comply with trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay regulations on extra class and extra classes by trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training, provincial People’s Committee rules, and other relevant legal provisions.

- Manage and ensure trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay rights of students and teachers participating in extra class. In trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay event of temporary suspension or termination of extra class, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay licensing authority must be informed, and public notice must be given to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay students at least 30 days in advance. Refund trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay fees collected from students corresponding to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay unfulfilled tutoring sessions and fully settle payments with tutors and related organizations or individuals.

Current Regulations on Collecting and Managing extra class Fees Outside of School in Vietnam

As stipulated in Article 7 of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Regulations on extra class promulgated withCircular 17/2012/TT-BGDDT:

Collecting and Managing extra class Fees

1. For extra class within trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay school:

a) Fees collected from extra class are used to pay trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay teachers directly involved in tutoring, manage trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay tutoring activities of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay school, cover costs of electricity, water, and maintenance of facilities used for tutoring;

b) trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay fee rate is agreed upon between parents and trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay school;

c) trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay school organizes trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay collection, expenditure, and public accounting of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay tutoring fees via trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay school’s financial department; private tutors are not directly involved in collecting or spending tutoring fees.

2. For extra class outside of school:

a) trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay fee rate is agreed upon between parents and trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay organization or individual offering extra class services.

b) trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay organization or individual providing extra class complies with trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay current financial management regulations regarding tutoring fees.

Thus, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay current regulations on collecting and managing extra class fees for tutoring outside of school are as follows:

(1) trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay fee rate is agreed upon between parents and trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay organization or individual providing extra class.

(2) trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay organization or individual providing extra class complies with trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay current financial management regulations regarding tutoring fees.
