Under Article 38 ofDecree 125/2024/ND-CP,xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtubeprocedures for establishing public community learning centers in Vietnam arespecified as follows:
(1) An application includes:
- A written request for establishment or permission for establishment of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube community learning center (according to Form No. 01 Appendix I enclosed withDecree 125/2024/ND-CP);
- Copies of legal documents proving land use rights and house ownership or agreement on rental of location for xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube center;
- A legal confirmation document on xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube amount of investment in establishment of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube private center, ensuring legitimacy and conformity with xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube estimated scale at xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube time of application for establishment.
(2) Procedures:
Step 1:xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube commune-level People’s Committee (in case of establishment of a public center) shall submit an application specified in (1) in person, via online public service portal or by post, to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube district-level People’s Committee;
Step 2:Within 05 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube date of receipt of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube sufficient application, if xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube application is unsatisfactory, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube district-level People’s Committee or xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Subdepartment of Education and Training shall give a written notification of contents to be amended to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube applicant for establishment or permission for establishment of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube center.
If xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube application is satisfactory, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube district-level People’s Committee or xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Subdepartment of Education and Training shall assess xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube application and realistic conditions concerning establishment of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube center, and prepare an assessment report to assess xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube fulfillment of requirements mentioned in Article 37 ofDecree 125/2024/ND-CPwithin 10 days;
Step 3:Within 05 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube date of receipt of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube assessment report, if xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube requirements are fulfilled, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Subdepartment of Education and Training shall request xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube President of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube district-level People’s Committee to issue a decision on establishment of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube public community learning center or xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Head of Subdepartment of Education and Training to issue a decision on permission for establishment of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube private community learning center; if xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube requirements are not fulfilled, a written notification in which reasons should be clearly specified shall be sent to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube applicant.
