- Have enough full-time lecturers with the right specialization to teach the subjects in the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program. Lecturers participating in teaching must have a master's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of teaching experience in the specialized field of the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program.
- Have apedagogical trực tiếp bóng đá k+ programspecific to each trực tiếp bóng đá k+ object, built based on the corresponding program issued by the Ministry of Education and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ of Vietnam.
- Have enough textbooks consistent with the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program, reference materials for teaching and learning.
- Have sufficient facilities, teaching equipment, and a pedagogical practice school that meets the quality assurance requirements for pedagogical trực tiếp bóng đá k+.

Procedures for Assigning the Task of Pedagogical trực tiếp bóng đá k+ to Higher Education Institutions in Vietnam
1. Regulation on the template for the proposal, pedagogical trực tiếp bóng đá k+ scheme
The Minister of Education and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ decides to assign the task of pedagogical trực tiếp bóng đá k+ for each trực tiếp bóng đá k+ object to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institutions when they meet the conditions specified in Article 4 of these Regulations. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institutions wishing to register for the task of pedagogical trực tiếp bóng đá k+ need to prepare a registration dossier for the task of pedagogical trực tiếp bóng đá k+ for each trực tiếp bóng đá k+ object and send it to the Ministry of Education and trực tiếp bóng đá k+. The dossier includes:
a) Proposal for registering the task of pedagogical trực tiếp bóng đá k+ for each trực tiếp bóng đá k+ object (the proposal template specified in Appendix I attached to this Circular);
b) The pedagogical trực tiếp bóng đá k+ scheme for each trực tiếp bóng đá k+ object (the scheme template specified in Appendix II attached to this Circular).
- Assignment procedure:
Within 30 days from the date of receiving a complete and valid dossier, the Ministry of Education and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ organizes the appraisal of the registration dossier for pedagogical trực tiếp bóng đá k+ according to Article 4 of these Regulations. If the higher education institution meets the conditions, the Ministry of Education and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ will decide to assign the task of pedagogical trực tiếp bóng đá k+. If the education institution does not meet the stipulated conditions, the Ministry of Education and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ will notify the appraisal results and state the reasons in writing.
3. The number of copies of the dossier is 01 set.
Thus, the Minister of Education and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ decides to assign the task of pedagogical trực tiếp bóng đá k+ to higher education institutions when they meet the conditions.

Pursuant to Article 14 of Regulations on Pedagogical trực tiếp bóng đá k+ issued together withDecision 31/2008/QD-BGDDTas amended by Clause 1, Article 2 ofCircular 27/2012/TT-BGDDTstipulates the responsibilities of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institutions in pedagogical trực tiếp bóng đá k+ as follows:
- Develop pedagogical trực tiếp bóng đá k+ programs for each trực tiếp bóng đá k+ object and compile textbooks and reference materials for teaching and learning.
- Develop a pedagogical trực tiếp bóng đá k+ plan for each trực tiếp bóng đá k+ object.
- Organize admissions for pedagogical trực tiếp bóng đá k+ according to current regulations.
- Manage the learning process of students, evaluate learning outcomes, and issue academic transcripts to students.
- Decide on the list of admitted students and recognize learning results.
- Collect, manage, and use pedagogical trực tiếp bóng đá k+ funds according to current regulations.
- Issue and manage the issuance of pedagogical trực tiếp bóng đá k+ certificates for each trực tiếp bóng đá k+ object in accordance with the regulations on diplomas and certificates of the national education system.
