Periodically every 03 months, 06 months, or 12 months, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provincial Social Insurance consolidates vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay number of issued health insurance cards, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay amount collected from students, and vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay amount supported by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay state budget according to Form No. 1 of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Appendix issued together with this Decree, and sends it to Vietnam Social Security for compilation, and then submits it to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Finance to transfer vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay funds to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay health insurance fund according to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay stipulations in Clause 9 of this Article.
- Students studying at other educational institutions or vocational education institutions are supported by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay local budget, including any portion of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay central state budget support (if any), based on vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay location of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institution's headquarters, irrespective of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay student's permanent residency. Periodically every 03 months, 06 months, or 12 months, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay social insurance agency consolidates vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay number of issued health insurance cards, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay amount collected from students, and vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay amount supported by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay state budget according to Form No. 1 of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Appendix issued together with this Decree, and sends it to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay local finance agency to transfer vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay funds to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay health insurance fund as stipulated in Clause 9 of this Article.

2. For subjects specified in Clause 3, Article 4 of this Decree:
a) Health insurance cards are issued annually for students at primary education institutions, specifically:
