c) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school is responsible for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ collection, spending, and transparent accounting and payment of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ extra class fees through trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school's accounting department; teachers engaged in extra teaching do not directly manage trực tiếp bóng đá k+ collection or spending of these fees.

2. For extracurricular teaching and learning outside trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school:

2. Manage extracurricular teaching and learning activities within trực tiếp bóng đá k+ district as per regulations.

3. Direct trực tiếp bóng đá k+ inspection and monitoring of extracurricular teaching and learning activities within trực tiếp bóng đá k+ district to identify any violations and promptly address them or recommend appropriate actions to competent authorities.

4. Direct trực tiếp bóng đá k+ commune-level People's Committee to confirm trực tiếp bóng đá k+ records for issuing or renewing permits for extracurricular teaching activities for organizations and individuals who meet trực tiếp bóng đá k+ conditions specified in Articles 8, 9, and 10 of these regulations.
