- Authority to establish foreign language and computer training centers:

+ Directors of universities, academies, principals of universities, and pedagogical colleges decide to establish foreign language and computer training centers within trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school campus;

+ Heads of social organizations, socio-professional organizations, and economic organizations permitted by law to establish affiliated training centers have trực tiếp bóng đá k+ authority to decide on affiliated foreign language and computer training centers;

+ Directors of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Department of Education and Training decide to establish affiliated foreign language and computer training centers; permit trực tiếp bóng đá k+ establishment of foreign language and computer training centers affiliated with universities, academies, universities, and pedagogical colleges outside trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school campus and foreign language and computer training centers as stipulated in Point b, Clause 1, Article 47Decree 46/2017/ND-CP.

- Implementation procedure:

Step 1:Organizations and individuals send directly or through trực tiếp bóng đá k+ mail 01 set of application documents to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ authority competent to establish foreign language and computer training centers;

- Proposal for establishing a foreign language and computer training center;

- Draft internal regulations on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ organization and operation of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ foreign language and computer training center.

- Authority to permit educational activities (1)

+ Directors of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Department of Education and Training decide to permit educational activities for foreign language and computer training centers stipulated at Points b and c, Clause 1, Article 47Decree 46/2017/ND-CP;

+ Directors of universities, academies; principals of universities, colleges decide to permit educational activities for foreign language and computer training centers operating within trực tiếp bóng đá k+ campus of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school.

- Implementation procedure:

Step 1:trực tiếp bóng đá k+ foreign language and computer training center sends directly or through trực tiếp bóng đá k+ mail 01 set of application documents to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ competent authority as stipulated in (1).

- Proposal for educational activity license;

Step 2:Within 05 working days from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ date of receiving trực tiếp bóng đá k+ documents, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ competent authority acknowledges receipt of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ documents. If unsatisfactory, a written notice of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ contents that need amendment or supplementation is sent to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ center;

Step 3:Within 10 working days from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ date of receiving satisfactory documents, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ competent authority cooperates with relevant agencies and units to conduct actual appraisal of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ ability to meet trực tiếp bóng đá k+ prescribed requirements and record trực tiếp bóng đá k+ appraisal results in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ appraisal report;

Within 05 working days from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ date of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ appraisal results, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ competent authority decides to permit trực tiếp bóng đá k+ center to operate in education. If not yet permitted to operate in education, a written notice is sent to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ center clearly stating trực tiếp bóng đá k+ reasons.
