What are trực tiếp bóng đá k+ standards for a Grade 1 preschool teacher in Vietnam?

Based on Article 5 ofCircular 01/2021/TT-BGDDT, (Clause 2 repealed and amended by Clauses 2, 4, 7, 8, and Clause 14, Article 1 ofCircular 08/2023/TT-BGDDT) as follows:

Grade I Preschool Teacher - Code V.07.02.24

1. Duties

In addition to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ duties of a Grade II Preschool Teacher, a Grade I Preschool Teacher must perform trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following tasks:

a) Participate in editing or composing training materials for preschool teachers at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ district level or higher;

b) Participate in training sessions or provide advice, support, guidance, and sharing of professional expertise for preschool teachers at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school level or higher;

c) Be part of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ judging panel in competitions for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ preschool education level from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ district level or higher;

d) Join self-assessment councils or external evaluation teams, or conduct professional and pedagogical skills evaluations at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ district level or higher.

3. Standards for training and professional development

a) Have a bachelor's degree in preschool education or higher; or have a degree in preschool education from a pedagogical college and a bachelor's degree in educational management or higher;

b) Have a certificate of training according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional title standards for preschool teachers.

4. Standards for professional capacity

a) Actively implement and promote policies, laws of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Communist Party and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ State, and requirements of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ education sector and local regulations into assigned duties;

b) Creatively and flexibly implement and share experiences, providing guidance to colleagues to execute trực tiếp bóng đá k+ preschool education program and plan;

c) Actively share experiences, guide, and support colleagues, parents, and guardians in child care and education; be capable of performing core teacher duties;

d) Be proficient in applying information technology in professional activities; capable of using a foreign language or an ethnic minority language as required by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ job position;

đ) Recognized as a grassroots-level emulation soldier or an excellent teacher from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ district level or higher, or awarded certificates of merit from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ provincial level or higher.

e) Applicants for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Grade I Preschool Teacher title (code V.07.02.24) must have held trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Grade II Preschool Teacher title (code V.07.02.25) or equivalent for at least 9 years up to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ deadline for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ application submission or promotion consideration.

Therefore,according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ above regulations, Grade I Preschool Teachers must meet trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following two standards:

*Standard for training and professional development

- Have a bachelor's degree in preschool education or higher; or have a degree in preschool education from a pedagogical college and a bachelor's degree in educational management or higher;

- Have a certificate of training according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional title standards for preschool teachers.

*Standard for professional capacity

What is trực tiếp bóng đá k+ standard qualification for preschool teachers in Vietnam?

Based on Article 72 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+Education Law 2019, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ standard qualification for teachers is stipulated as follows:

Standard qualification for teachers

1. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ standard qualification for teachers is defined as follows:

a) Have a degree in preschool education from a pedagogical college or higher for preschool teachers;

b) Have a bachelor's degree in teacher training or higher for primary, secondary, and high school teachers.

In cases where there are no teachers with a bachelor's degree in teacher training for a particular subject, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with a pedagogical training certificate is required;

c) Have a master's degree for university lecturers, and a doctoral degree for lecturers guiding master's dissertations or doctoral theses;

d) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ standard qualification for teachers in vocational education institutions shall be implemented according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Vocational Education Law.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Government of Vietnam stipulates trực tiếp bóng đá k+ implementation roadmap to raise trực tiếp bóng đá k+ standard qualification for preschool, primary, and secondary school teachers as defined in points a and b of Clause 1 of this Article. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Minister of Education and Training, and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, within trực tiếp bóng đá k+ scope of their duties and authority, shall prescribe trực tiếp bóng đá k+ use of teachers not meeting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ standards specified in Clause 1 of this Article.
