Pursuant to Article 8 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Regulation on exams for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 selection of excellent students at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 national level issued together withCircular 17/2023/TT-BGDDT, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 standards for participants organizing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 examinations are specified as follows:

Standards for exam organizers

1. Members of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Steering Committee for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 examination selection of national outstanding students and members of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Examination Committees, Proctoring Committees, Grading Committees, and Reassessment Committees are referred to as organizers for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 examination.

2. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 organizers for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 examination must meet xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following standards:

a) Possess good moral character and a high sense of responsibility;

b) Proficient in examination-related tasks;

c) Do not have wives, husbands, children, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, or children, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces of wives (or husbands), or guardians, sponsors, custodians, or wards taking part in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 examination;

d) Not be in a period of disciplinary action or criminal prosecution.

3. Besides xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 standards specified in Clause 2 of this Article, members of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Examination Committees, Grading Committees, and Reassessment Committees must also have professional and expertise competence.

- Proficient in examination-related tasks;

- Do not have wives, husbands, children, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, or children, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces of wives (or husbands), or guardians, sponsors, custodians, or wards taking part in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 examination;

- Not be in a period of disciplinary action or criminal prosecution.

Pursuant to Article 10 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Regulation on exams for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 selection of excellent students at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 national level issued together withCircular 17/2023/TT-BGDDT, handling abnormal incidents in exams for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 selection of excellent students at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 national level is specified as follows:

- In case there are errors in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 examination questions, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 leaders of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Council must immediately report to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Steering Committee for remedial measures.

- All unusual cases concerning xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 examination questions must be reported to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Steering Committee for consideration and decision.

- In case xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 CD containing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 listening comprehension section for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Foreign Language subject is damaged:

+ If both xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 main CD and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 backup CD are damaged, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Chair of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Proctoring Committee shall make a record of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 CD conditions, stop xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 examination for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Foreign Language subject with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 damaged CD, and immediately report to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Steering Committee; xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Steering Committee shall direct xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Proctoring Committee to conduct xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 examination using xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 CD with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 listening comprehension section from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 substitute examination questions for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Foreign Language subject with a damaged CD according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 decision of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Minister of Education and Training.

- In case of a leak of examination questions:

+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Steering Committee shall be fully responsible for handling xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 leak situation. Upon an official conclusion regarding xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 leak, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Steering Committee shall decide to suspend xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 examination session with leaked questions and organize a new examination with substitute questions at a suitable time as decided by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Minister of Education and Training.

+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Education and Training shall be responsible for cooperating with relevant sectors to inspect, verify, and conclude xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 cause of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 examination question leak; handle xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 individual who leaked xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 questions and related individuals according to legal regulations.

- In case of power failure or xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 need to change xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 computer in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Informatics examination room:

+ Units that intentionally cause xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 incident will be handled according to legal regulations.

- In xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 event of serious natural disasters, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Steering Committee shall decide to postpone xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 examination session and direct xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 examination to be conducted according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 decision of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Minister of Education and Training.

- During xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 examination process, in case of any other unusual incidents, relevant organizations and individuals must immediately report to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Steering Committee to take appropriate and prompt remedial measures.

Pursuant to Article 9 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Regulation on exams for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 selection of excellent students at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 national level issued together withCircular 17/2023/TT-BGDDT, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Exam directive and organization for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 selection of excellent students at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 national level is specified as follows:

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) shall direct and organize xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 national outstanding student contests; consider and decide xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 handling of special cases ensuring xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 purpose and requirements of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 examination organization.

- Annually, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Minister of Education and Training issues a decision to establish xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Steering Committee for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 national outstanding student contests (referred to as xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Steering Committee).

+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 committee is xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Deputy Minister of Education and Training; xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Deputy Chair is xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 leader of relevant functional units under MOET, with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 standing Deputy Chair being xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 leader of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Quality Management Department; members are xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 leaders of relevant units under MOET, Ministry of Public Security; xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Secretary assisting xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Steering Committee is officials and public employees of relevant units under MOET, Ministry of Public Security;

+ Duties and powers of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Steering Committee: Assist xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Minister of Education and Training in directing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 implementation of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 examination organization plan; direct and inspect xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 implementation of examination question setting, proctoring, grading, reassessment; handle arising issues during xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 examination organization, report to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Minister of Education and Training and competent authorities on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 examination organization situation.

+ Duties and powers of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Steering Committee members: xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 committee is responsible for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 results of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Steering Committee's task implementation and organizes members to perform their duties and powers according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 regulations at point b, Clause 2 of this Article; xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Deputy Head, members, and Secretary are responsible for achieving xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 assigned or delegated duties and powers from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 committee.

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Quality Management Department presides over and cooperates with relevant units to perform xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following tasks:

+ Develop a plan for organizing national outstanding student contests, submit it to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Minister of Education and Training for approval;

+ Guide xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 organization of national outstanding student contests;

+ Mobilize examination units to conduct proctoring in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 national outstanding student contests;

+ Organize xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 setting and transfer of examination questions meeting xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 requirements of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 examination organization;

+ Organize xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 proctoring for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 selection of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Olympic team;

+ Organize xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 grading and reassessment of national outstanding student contests.

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Inspectorate of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Education and Training: Presides over and cooperates with relevant units to inspect and check xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 organization stages of national outstanding student contests.
