According to Article 3 ofDecree 99/2019/ND-CP, the procedures for converting a private trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay to a non-profit private trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay in Vietnam is as follows:

Step 1: Submit the dossier

The trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay submits 01 dossier directly or via postal service along with a soft copy to the Ministry of Education and Training or through the online public service portal of the Ministry of Education and Training.

The conversion dossier includes:

- A proposal to convert the private trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay to a non-profit private trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay, clearly stating:

+ The necessity of the conversion;

+ The non-profit operational principles and purposes;

+ The contributed capital, part of the indivisible common ownership assets of the private trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay (if any);

- A commitment document from investors representing at least 75% of the total contributed capital for the private trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay to be converted to a non-profit trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay, ensuring non-profit operations, non-capital withdrawal, non-dividend enjoyment; the annually accumulated profit belongs to the indivisible unified ownership to continue investing in developing the private trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay;

- Draft regulations on the organization and operations; draft internal financial regulations of the non-profit private trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay;

- Other supporting documents, including:

+ Audit results report, agreement on settling contributed capital for investors who do not agree to convert to a non-profit trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay (if any);

+ Documents and materials related to land, assets, finance, organization, and personnel of the private trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay to be converted to a non-profit private trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay;

- Evaluation of the impact of the conversion on personnel, finances, assets, and handling plans;

- Decision to establish the private trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay, the decision to recognize the current school council, the decision to recognize the current principal of the private trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay, and other relevant documents (if any).

Step 2:

Within 30 working days from the receipt of the complete dossier, the Ministry of Education and Training organizes the appraisal of the dossier and submits it to the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam for decision;

In case the dossier does not conform to the regulations, within 10 working days from the receipt of the dossier, the Ministry of Education and Training sends a written notice to the private trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay specifying the reasons.
