(8)Manage, use, and preserve facilities and equipment according to legal regulations.

(9)Conduct activities to ensure educational quality, evaluate, and accredit educational quality according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

(10)Publicly commit to educational quality, the conditions ensuring educational quality, and financial income and expenditure as per legal regulations.

(11)Implement democracy, accountability in the management of educational activities; ensure the participation of students, families, and society in managing educational activities according to legal regulations.

Management decentralization

1. Lower secondary xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái and multi-level xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái with the highest level being lower secondary xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái are established by the Chairman of the District People's Committee and managed by the District People's Committee.

2.
