What are types of vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institutions in Vietnam?
According to Article 5 of theLaw on Vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp 2014:
Vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institutions
1. Vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institutions include:
a) Vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp centers;
b)Vocational training schools;
c) Colleges.
2. Vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institutions are organized in the following types:
a) Public vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institution is a State-owned vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institution, whose facilities invested and constructed by the State;
b) Private vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institution is a vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institution under ownership of a social organization, a socio-professional organization, a private economic organization or individual, or a vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institution invested and constructed by a social organization, a socio-professional organization, a private economic organization, or an individual;
c) Foreign-invested vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institution includes wholly foreign-invested vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institution; joint-venture vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institution between domestic investors and foreign investors.
There are three types of vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institutions:
(1) Public vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institution:
A vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institution owned by the State, invested, and built by the State.
(2) Private vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institution:
A vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institution owned by social organizations, socio-professional organizations, private economic organizations, or individuals, invested, and built by such organizations or individuals.
(3) Foreign-invested vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institution includes:
Vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institutions with 100% foreign investment or joint venture vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institutions between domestic and foreign investors.

According to Article 19 of theLaw on Vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp 2014, the following provisions apply:
Registration of vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp
1. A vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institution, a higher kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institution, or an enterprise shall be granted the Certificate in vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp registration if it meets all requirements below:
a) There is a decision on establishment or a permission for establishment;
b) There is land, facilities, or equipment meeting requirements pertaining to training activities according to the commitment;
c) There are sufficient training programs, teaching and learning materials as prescribed;
d) There are teaching staff and administrative officials of vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp who have equalizations and sufficient quantity, uniform structure;
dd) There is necessary finance resource as prescribed to ensure the maintenance and development of the vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp;
e) There are regulations on organization and operation.
2. The vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institution may only enroll students or provide training when it is granted the Certificate in vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp registration.
3. The vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institution wishing change the information in the Certificate in vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp registration shall apply for additional registration to the competent authority.
4. The Heads of vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp authorities in the central government shall provide regulations on requirements, competence and procedures for issuance, revocation of the Certificate of vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp registration or the Certificate of additional registration of vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp.
Thus, vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institutions in Vietnamare not permissible to enroll students when they do not have the Certificate in vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp registration.
Do stundentsin vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institutions in Vietnamhave to relearn the content they have studied when moving from a lower level of training to a higher level of training?
According to Article 9 of theLaw on Vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp 2014, the following provisions are stipulated:
Bridge programs
1. Bridge programs shall be run according to training programs; the learners are not required to learn the completed subjects again when they reach the higher level in the same or different disciplines.
2. The Principals of the vocational training schools or colleges shall decide the modules, credits, or subjects that the students are not required learning again according to the training programs.
3. Bridge programs between levels of the vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp shall comply with regulations of the Heads of vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp authorities of central government; Bridge programs between levels of the vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp and levels of higher kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp shall comply with regulations of the Prime Minister.
Therefore, students in vocational kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institutions moving from a lower to a higher educational level do not have to retake previously studied content, whether moving within the same field or to a different field.
