Based on Article 7 ofCircular 13/2021/TT-BGDDT(amended by Clause 1, Article 1 ofCircular 07/2024/TT-BGDDT) (effective from November 2, 2024), vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay procedures for recognizing diplomas issued by foreign educational institutions for use in Vietnam are as follows:

Step 1:vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay applicant provides information about vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay diploma as specified in Appendix 1 ofCircular 13/2021/TT-BGDDTand uploads vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dossier to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay online public service portal of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training or vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Department of Education and Training (hereinafter referred to as vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent authority for diploma recognition) and makes vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee payment as prescribed.

Step 2:vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dossier is uploaded to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay online public service portal as follows:

- In case vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay applicant has information and proofs for direct verification from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institution or vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent verification authority, they should provide these directly to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent authority for diploma recognition and upload scanned documents as per points (a), (b) Clause 2, Article 7 ofCircular 13/2021/TT-BGDDT(no need for electronic copies certification from originals); and certify electronic copies from originals for documents in points (c), (d) Clause 2, Article 7.

- Diplomas from foreign educational institutions are recognized if vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational program has a duration that aligns with vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay structure of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national education system of Vietnam and meets one of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following conditions:

+ vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational program is accredited by a quality assurance organization from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay country where vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institution is headquartered.

+ vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institution is authorized by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent educational authority from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay country where it is headquartered to deliver training and award diplomas, or it has been accredited by a quality assurance organization from that country.
