What forms of discipline are applied to students in Vietnam?

Based on Article 9 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Regulation on Student Affairs for full-time undergraduate programs issued withCircular 10/2016/TT-BGDDT, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp forms of discipline for students are stipulated as follows:

Forms of discipline and details of violation

1. Students who have committed violations, depending on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp nature, extent, and consequences of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp violation, may be reminded, criticized, or subjected to one of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp following disciplinary actions:

a) Reprimand: applicable to students committing a first-time minor violation;

b) Warning: applicable to students who have been reprimanded but reoffend, or commit frequent minor violations, or commit a relatively serious first-time violation;

c) Temporary suspension: applicable to students under warning who continue violating regulations or commit serious prohibitions; students violating kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp law and sentenced to imprisonment but granted a suspended sentence. Depending on specific cases, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp head of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp higher education institution will decide on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp suspension period based on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp training regulations: one semester suspension, one academic year suspension, or suspension for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp duration of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp suspended sentence.

d) Expulsion: applicable to students under temporary suspension who continue violating regulations, or commit particularly serious first-time violations affecting kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp higher education institution and society; students violating kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp law and sentenced to imprisonment without a suspended sentence.

2. Disciplinary actions from warning upwards must be recorded in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student’s management file and notified to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student’s family. In cases where a student is suspended or expelled, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp higher education institution must notify kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp local authorities and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student’s family for coordination in management and education.

3. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp details of violation and disciplinary framework are implemented according to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Appendix attached to this Regulation.

Thus, there are 4 forms of discipline for students. To be specific:

- Reprimand

- Warning

- Temporary suspension

- Expulsion.

Step 1:

Students who commit violations must write a self-review report and propose a disciplinary form. If kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student fails to comply with writing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp self-review report, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Reward and Disciplinary Council will proceed based on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp collected evidence.

Step 2:

kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp class head organizes a meeting with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student body to analyze and propose a disciplinary form to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp faculty or kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student affairs unit.

Step 3:

kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp faculty or student affairs unit reviews and proposes to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Reward and Disciplinary Council of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp higher education institution.

kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Reward and Disciplinary Council organizes a meeting to review kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp disciplinary action, including members of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council, representatives of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student body where kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp violation occurred, and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp violating student.

If kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp invited violating student does not attend without a legitimate reason and does not provide a self-review report, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council will still proceed and consider further lack of organizational discipline awareness.

kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council recommends kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp disciplinary action and proposes kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp head of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp higher education institution to issue a written disciplinary decision.

* Student disciplinary review documentation:

- Self-review report (if any);

- Meeting minutes of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp class review on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student’s violation;

- Meeting minutes of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp faculty or student affairs unit;

- Related documents.

When does kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student disciplinary decision cease to be effective in Vietnam?

According to Article 11 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Regulation on Student Affairs for full-time undergraduate programs issued withCircular 10/2016/TT-BGDDT, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp cessation of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp effectiveness of disciplinary decisions is as follows:

- For students subjected to reprimand: after 03 months from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp date of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp disciplinary decision, if kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student does not reoffend or does not commit violations warranting disciplinary action, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp decision's effectiveness will automatically cease and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student will regain their rights from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp date kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp disciplinary decision ceases to be effective.

- For students subjected to warning: after 06 months from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp date of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp disciplinary decision, if kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student does not reoffend or does not commit violations warranting disciplinary action, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp decision's effectiveness will automatically cease and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student will regain their rights from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp date kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp disciplinary decision ceases to be effective.

- In cases of temporary suspension: when kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp suspension period ends, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student must present a local certification (commune-level) on good civic duty compliance and a competent authority certification on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp completion of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp suspended sentence to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp higher education institution for review and acceptance to continue their studies if eligible.
