Pursuant to Article 4 ofCircular 09/2024/TT-BGDDTregulating the public disclosure of general information about educational institutions, the following general information about lowersecondary schools will be disclosed:

What are the regulations onrevenue and expenses ofeducational institutions in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 5 ofCircular 09/2024/TT-BGDDT, the regulations on financial revenue and expenses are as follows:

- The financial situation of the bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp in the fiscal year preceding the reporting period in accordance with the law, including the structure of revenues and expensess as follows:

+ Revenues classified by: Sources of funding (state budget, investor support; tuition fees, fees and other revenues from learners; sponsorship funding, and contracts with external parties; other revenues) and types of activities (education and training; science and technology; other activities);

+ expensess classified by: Salary and income expensess (salaries, allowances, additional salary and other salary-like expensess for teachers, lecturers, educational managers, employees, etc.); expensess on facilities and services (expensess on purchasing, maintenance, repair, operation of facilities, equipment, hiring services directly serving educational, training, research, and personnel development activities, etc.); support expensess for learners (scholarships, allowances, living support, event activities, competitions, rewards, etc.); other expensess.

- Revenues and fees for learners, including: tuition fees, fees, all revenues and fees other than tuition fees and fees (if any) in the school year and projected for each subsequent school year for each level or course of the bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp before enrollment, recruitment.

- Policies and annual implementation results of policies on allowances and tuition fee reductions, scholarships for learners.

- Remaining balances of funds as prescribed, including special funds (if any).

- Other financial disclosure contents implemented in accordance with the laws on finance, budget, accounting, auditing, grassroots democracy.
