-Area of the land parcel used for building the school or schoolhouse, minimum average area per child; level of satisfaction of relevant requirements;
-Quantity and items of the block of administrative rooms; the block of rooms used for parenting, caring and educating children; the block of rooms used for providing meals for children (if cooking activities are performed); block of auxiliary facilities; technical infrastructure facilities; level of satisfaction of relevant requirements;
- Number of existing equipment, supplies and toys; level of satisfaction of relevant requirements;
- Number of toys for outdoor activities, some other equipment and conditions for parenting, caring and educational activities.

- Improve transparency of information relating to educational institutions so that teachers, educational managers, employees, learners and their families, and the public can get involved in operational supervision of such educational institutions.
- Enhance accountability of educational institutions.

1. Preschool xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube program shall satisfy the following requirements:

b) Concretize the outcome requirements of different age groups, educational activities, methods and modes of organizing educational activities, educational environment and evaluation of the development of children;
c) Be consistent throughout the country and implemented flexibly, suitable with specific conditions of localities and institutions of preschool xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube.
2. The Minister of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube and Training shall establish the National review council for appraising curricula for preschool xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube to appraise preschool xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube program. The council shall be composed of teachers, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube managers, experienced and prestigious scientists in the field of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube and representatives of relevant agencies and organisations. At least one-third of the council members must be teachers who are working in institutions of preschool xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube. The council and the council members shall be responsible for the appraisal contents and quality.
3. The Minister of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube and Training shall promulgate preschool xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube program after receiving the appraisals of the National review council for appraising curricula for preschool xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube; stipulate standards, compiling and editing processes of preschool xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube program; stipulate standards and selection of toys and learning materials used in institutions of preschool xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube; stipulate the duties, powers, operating methods, standards, number and structure of members of the National review council for appraising curricula for preschool xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube.
Under the above regulations, the preschool xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube program must meet the following requirements:
