Scope of activity for legal disseminators and legal propagandists

1. Legal disseminators from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Government of Vietnam, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Central Committee of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnam Fatherland Front, and lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay central agencies of member organizations of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Front (hereinafter referred to as central legal disseminators) implement law dissemination and education nationwide.

2. Legal disseminators from state agencies, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and member organizations of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Front in provinces and central-affiliated cities (hereinafter referred to as provincial legal disseminators) implement law dissemination and education within lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay province, centrally-managed city where they are recognized.

3. Legal disseminators from state agencies, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and member organizations of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Front in districts, district-level towns, provincial cities, and cities under central-affiliated cities (hereinafter referred to as district legal disseminators) implement law dissemination and education within lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay district, district-level town, provincial city, or city under a centrally-managed city where they are recognized.

4. Legal propagandists in communes, wards, commune-level towns (hereinafter referred to as legal propagandists) implement law dissemination and education within lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay commune, ward, or commune-level town where they are recognized.

Thus,according to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay above provisions, a legal propagandist is essentially a legal communicator operating at lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay commune, ward, or commune-level town, conducting law dissemination and education within their recognized locality.

Based on Article 5 ofCircular 10/2016/TT-BTP, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay procedures for recognizing a legal propagandist in Vietnam are as follows:

- Based on lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements for law dissemination, legal education, and lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay needs and actual conditions at lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay commune level, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Chairman of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Commune People's Committee decides on lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay recognition of legal propagandists, ensuring there are enough resources to implement lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay law dissemination and education work locally.

- lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision to recognize legal propagandists is sent to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay judicial-civil status official, Head of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Front Work Committee, and legal propagandist; it is publicly announced according to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations specified at Point b, Clause 2, Article 8 ofCircular 10/2016/TT-BTP.

What are 4 cases for termination of legal propagandist duties in Vietnam?

Based on Article 6 ofCircular 10/2016/TT-BTP, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay 4 cases for terminating lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duties of a legal propagandist are as follows:

- Voluntary resignation due to health reasons, family circumstances, or other legitimate reasons;

- Engaging in one of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay prohibited acts as prescribed in Article 9 of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Law Dissemination and Education;

- Being sentenced by a court and lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay sentence has come into legal effect;

- Losing civil act capacity or having difficulties in cognition, behavior control, or limited civil act capacity as prescribed by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Civil Code.
