Based on Article 14 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Regulation on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp organization and operation of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Support Center for Inclusive Education Development issued together withCircular 20/2022/TT-BGDDT, regulations on inclusive education support are as follows:

Inclusive Education Support

1. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Center implements activities supporting inclusive education at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp request of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Department of Education and Training, educational establishments affiliated with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Department of Education and Training, and social support establishments within kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp managed area:

a) Supporting kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp construction of individual education plans for students with disabilities;

b) Supporting students with disabilities in integrated learning and practicing special skills and life skills suitable to their capabilities and needs;

c) Advising and supporting teachers in activities of caring and educating students with disabilities;

d) Participating in mobilizing students with disabilities to attend school;

dd) Supporting and advising educational establishments, families, and communities on knowledge and skills for caring for and educating students with disabilities.

2. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Center develops a plan to support inclusive education in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp designated area, suitable to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Center's capacity, presenting it to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Department of Education and Training for approval for public centers, and reporting to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Department of Education and Training for private centers to organize implementation.

What are qualifications for teachers at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Support Center for Inclusive Education Development in Vietnam?

Based on Article 23 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Regulation on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp organization and operation of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Support Center for Inclusive Education Development issued by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training attached toCircular 20/2022/TT-BGDDT:

Teacher

kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp standard qualification for teachers: holding a bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or meeting kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp standard preschool and general education teacher training levels along with a pedagogical skills certificate in inclusive education or a special education vocational certificate in accordance with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp regulations of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training.

2. Duties of teachers

a) Conducting early detection, categorizing education needs, and implementing early education intervention;

b) Supporting inclusive education;

c) Teaching and educating students with disabilities at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Center according to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp objectives, content, programs, and plans;

d) Participating in professional activities;

dd) Being responsible for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp quality and effectiveness of education, appropriate to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp specific objects and conditions of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Center;

e) Executing decisions from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Center's director; being subject to inspection by educational management levels as prescribed; complying with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Center's rules and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provisions of this Regulation;

g) Implementing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Code of Teacher Ethics as per kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training;

h) Actively self-improving to enhance professional capacity; self-assessing according to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp professional teacher standards as prescribed.

- To choose learning content and forms suitable to their conditions and abilities and those of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Center; to be facilitated in continuing support when transitioning between educational establishments;

- To protect their legitimate rights directly or through a legal representative; to participate in commenting on matters related to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp teaching and educational activities of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Center.
