- Developing a plan to facilitate physical education teachers and instructors in receiving training to enhance their professional skills, participating in scientific research, guiding, and organizing sports practice and competition activities, and coaching teams for sports competitions at various levels.

- Developing a plan for organizing sports activities for students within trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school and delegating teams to participate in sports competitions organized by educational management agencies at all levels, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Vietnam Student Sports Association, and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Vietnam University and Professional Sports Association.
