3. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Chairman of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Provincial People's Committee decides on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp establishment of preschools and general education institutions, excluding kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp preschools and general education institutions stipulated in Clause 2 of this Article.
