- Nurture, care for, and educate children according to the school's and professional group’s educational plan; be responsible for the quality and effectiveness of nurturing, caring for, and educating children in the assigned group/class according to the Preschool Education Program; carry out inclusive education and children's rights tasks;

- Maintain health; complete courses and professional development programs; self-study, self-improve to enhance political, professional, and occupational skills; participate in professional activities; maintain and use designated educational equipment;

- Cooperate with parents or children’s guardians and the community in nurturing, caring for, and educating children;

- Fulfill citizen duties, legal provisions, education sector regulations, school, and local rules;

- Carry out other duties assigned by the principal.

* Standards of Education and Training

- Possess a college degree in preschool education or higher;

Based on Article 8 ofCircular 01/2021/TT-BGDDTregulating the current salary arrangement for public preschool teachers as follows:

Salary arrangement

1. Public employees appointed to professional titles of preschool teachers prescribed in this circular are applied the corresponding salary table issued with Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP dated December 14, 2004, of the Government of Vietnam on salary policies for officials and public employees and armed forces. Specifically:

a) đá bóng trực tiếp Grade III, code V.07.02.26, is applied the salary coefficient of public employee type A0, from a salary coefficient of 2.10 to a salary coefficient of 4.89;

b) đá bóng trực tiếp Grade II, code V.07.02.25, is applied the salary coefficient of public employee type A1, from a salary coefficient of 2.34 to a salary coefficient of 4.98;

c) đá bóng trực tiếp Grade I, code V.07.02.24, is applied the salary coefficient of public employee type A2, group A2.2, from a salary coefficient of 4.0 to a salary coefficient of 6.38.

2. The salary arrangement when appointed to a professional title is guided by Clause 1, Section II of Circular No. 02/2007/TT-BNV dated May 25, 2007, of the Ministry of Home Affairs guiding salary arrangement when upgrading, changing grade, and changing type of officials and public employees and according to current legal regulations. When new salary policies are implemented, the transition to new salaries will follow the regulations of the Government of Vietnam.
