3. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ response day is a specific date and time focused on a certain theme, during which activities are organized to call on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ community to respond and show their support through actions.
4. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ re-establishment day marks trực tiếp bóng đá k+ formal re-establishment of an authority by document after a process of division, merger, or dissolution.
5. A decennial anniversary is a year ending in “0”.
6. Other years have all other ending digits.
On November 18, 1930, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Standing Committee of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Communist Party of Indochina issued a directive to establish trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Anti-Imperialist League, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ first form of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ National United Front of Vietnam (present-day Vietnamese Fatherland Front), and selected November 18 each year to commemorate trực tiếp bóng đá k+ founding of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Vietnamese Fatherland Front.
Thus, November 18 is trực tiếp bóng đá k+ anniversary of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ founding of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Vietnamese Fatherland Front.

Organizing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ commemoration of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ founding day, traditional day
1. decennial anniversary
a) Ministries, sectors, provincial level organize commemorations of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ founding day, traditional day by developing plans for organizing commemorative activities, specifying time, location, program, and participants of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ commemoration;
b) Approval of plans for organizing commemorative activities:
- Minister, head of central authorityapproves plans for organizing commemorative activities of ministries and central authorities;
- Chairman of People's Committee at provincial level approves plans for organizing commemorative activities at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ provincial and local levels.
c) Head of ministries,central authorities,and ProvincialPeople's Committeesset up Steering Committee, Organizing Committee for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ commemoration of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ founding day, traditional day according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ approved plan and are responsible for organizing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ commemoration in a solemn, practical, effective, and economical manner.
2. Other years: Organize activities of propaganda, education, competitions, seminars, talks, and other practical activities to commemorate trực tiếp bóng đá k+ founding day, traditional day. Do not organize a commemoration event.
3. Funding for organizing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ founding day, traditional day is balanced and allocated within trực tiếp bóng đá k+ annual regular expenditure estimates of agencies and localities as prescribed by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Law on State Budget.

Therefore, since this year marks trực tiếp bóng đá k+ 93rd anniversary of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ founding of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Vietnamese Fatherland Front (another year), no commemoration event will be held. Only activities forpropaganda, education, competitions, seminars, talks, and other practical activities to commemorate trực tiếp bóng đá k+ founding day, and traditional day will be conducted.

Students will beentitled to a day off based on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ teachers’ holiday schedule. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ teachers’ holiday schedule is prescribed by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Labor Code.
Public holidays are regulated in Article 112 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+Labor Code 2019as follows:
Public holidays
1. Employees shall be entitled to fully paid days off on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following public holidays:
a) Gregorian Calendar New Year Holiday: 01 day (trực tiếp bóng đá k+ 1stof January of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Gregorian calendar);
b) Lunar New Year Holidays: 05 days;
c) Victory Day: 01 day (trực tiếp bóng đá k+ 30thof April of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Gregorian calendar);
d) International Labor Day: 01 day (trực tiếp bóng đá k+ 1stof May of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Gregorian calendar);
dd) National Day: 02 days (trực tiếp bóng đá k+ 2ndof September of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Gregorian calendar and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ previous or next day);
e) Hung Kings Commemoration Day: 01 day (trực tiếp bóng đá k+ 10thof trực tiếp bóng đá k+ third month of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Lunar calendar).
2. Foreign employees in Vietnam are entitled to 01 traditional public holiday and 01 National Day of their country, in addition to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ public holidays stipulated in Clause 1 of this Article.
3. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Prime Minister shall decide trực tiếp bóng đá k+ specific public holidays mentioned in Point b and Point dd Clause 1 of this Article on an annual basis.
Therefore, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ founding day of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Vietnamese Fatherland Front on November 18 is not a public holiday for teachers. Therefore,students do not get a day off. However, if it coincides with trực tiếp bóng đá k+ weekly breakof employees,employees will have a day off.
