The State policies on development xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái higher educationin Vietnam are stipulated in Article 12 xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái theHigher Education Law 2012amended by Clause 7 xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Article 1 xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái theLaw on Amendments to Law on Higher Education 2018as follows:

1. Development xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái higher education is meant to develop high quality human resources, meet socio-economic development requirements and ensure national defense and security.

2. Funds and resources shall be given to development xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái higher education on principles xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competitiveness, equality and efficiency through investment in research and development (R&D) investment, signing research and training contracts, offering scholarships, student credit and other forms.

Higher education development will be given certain privileges and incentives in terms xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái land, tax, credit and other policies.

3. Prioritize investment in development xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái certain regional and international higher education institutions, academic disciplines and teacher training institutions; develop some special academic disciplines and higher education institutions capable xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái achieving strategic national and regional objectives.

4. 8.
