Doctors, medical technicians for physical education and sports at sectoral and provincial teams responsible for checking, monitoring, caring, and rehabilitating athletes;
Security guards, warehouse keepers of explosives;
Treasurers of agencies, units;
Team leaders in other fields.
Thus, teachers are entitled to responsibility allowances as follows:
- Teachers and educational management staff on trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay payroll of special schools. Teachers appointed as Chief Advisors (full-time and part-time) of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization in Level 1 schools will receive allowances of Level 2 with a coefficient of 0.3.
- Teachers appointed as Chief Advisors (full-time and part-time) of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization in Level 2 schools will receive allowances of Level 3 with a coefficient of 0.2.

Scope of Application:
Responsibility allowance applies to officials (including provisional officials), public employees, and those in probation or trial periods on trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay payroll of state agencies and state public service providers, due to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay nature and characteristics of their profession or work requiring high responsibility or managing duties but not holding leadership positions due to elections and appointments (not eligible for leadership position allowances).
Thus, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay conditions for teachers to receive responsibility allowance are as follows:
- On trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay payroll of state agencies and state public service providers.
- trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay nature and characteristics of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay profession or work require high responsibility or managing duties.
- Not eligible for leadership position allowances (i.e., not holding leadership positions due to elections and appointments).
How to pay responsibility allowance for teachers in Vietnam?
Based on Section 3 ofCircular 05/2005/TT-BNV:
Funds and Payment Methods for Allowance
1. Funding sources for responsibility allowances:
Beneficiaries in agencies, units fully funded by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay state budget, responsibility allowances are paid by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay state budget according to current budget decentralization in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay annual budget estimates allocated to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay agency, unit;
Beneficiaries in agencies implementing staffing and administrative management cost-down and beneficiaries in public service providers implementing financial autonomy, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay responsibility allowance is paid by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay agency, unit from allocated cost-down funds and autonomous financial resources.
2. Payment methods for allowance:
Responsibility allowances are paid monthly along with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay salary and are not used to calculate contributions and enjoy social insurance benefits;
If not performing trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay work for which responsibility allowance is stipulated for one month or more, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay job responsibility allowance will not be paid.
Thus, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay responsibility allowances for teachers are paid monthly along with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay salary and are not used to calculate contributions and enjoy social insurance benefits.
