Salary Classification

b) bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp professional title of main lecturer (Grade II) applies bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp salary coefficient of public employees category A2, group 1 (A2.1) from a salary coefficient of 4.40 to a salary coefficient of 6.78;
c) bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp professional title of lecturer (Grade III), teaching assistant (Grade III) applies bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp salary coefficient of public employees of category A1, from a salary coefficient of 2.34 to a salary coefficient of 4.98.

- Teaching, guiding, and grading theses, graduation projects; participating in teaching master's and doctoral programs and guiding, evaluating master's theses, and doctoral dissertations if meeting bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp standards as prescribed;
- Participating in developing and enhancing training programs;
- Leading or participating in compiling textbooks, reference books, monographs, guidebooks, and translating foreign textbooks and materials into Vietnamese (collectively called training books);
- Organizing and participating in scientific research activities; writing and participating in presenting scientific reports at conferences and scientific seminars; evaluating scientific research topics at bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp institutional level and student research topics; participating in international cooperation activities and ensuring bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp quality of higher education;

According to clause 3, Article 5 ofCircular 40/2020/TT-BGDDT, a Grade 3 lecturer at a public higher education institution must meet bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp following professional competence standards:
- Have a solid knowledge of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp subjects assigned to teach and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp basic knowledge of related subjects within bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp assigned training field;
- Understand and effectively implement bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp objectives, plans, content, and programs of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp subjects assigned to teach; promptly grasp bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp practical requirements for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp assigned training field;
- Lead at least one scientific and technological task at bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp institutional level or higher, evaluated as meeting bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp requirements or higher;
- Lead or participate in compiling at least one training book, evaluated and accepted by a scientific council (approved by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp head of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp educational institution or bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp competent authority) and used in training and teaching from undergraduate level upwards, compatible with bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp teaching field or training specialization of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp lecturer with an international ISBN code;
- Be bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp author of at least three scientific articles published in international standard ISSN scientific journals;

- Public employees taking bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp exam or undergoing consideration for promotion from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp professional title of lecturer, code V.07.01.03 to lead lecturer, code V.07.01.02 must have held bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp professional title of lecturer, code V.07.01.03 or equivalent for at least 9 years for those with a master’s degree and 6 years for those with a doctoral degree, including at least 1 year (12 months) holding bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp professional title of lecturer, code V.07.01.03 until bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp end of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp registration period for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp exam or promotion consideration.
