*Criteria for recognized standard achievement of primary educational universalization at level 1(stated in Article 9 ofDecree 20/2014/ND-CP)
- For individuals: Must finish vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay primary educational program.
- For communes:
+ vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay percentage of 6-year old admitted to form 01 must reach at least 90%;
+vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay percentage of 14-year children finishing vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay primary educational program must reach at least 80% and 70% for communes with extremely difficult socio-economic conditions;

Based on Article 5 ofCircular 10/2022/TT-BGDDT, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay content and evaluation methods are specified as follows:
Content and evaluation methods
1. Evaluation content
a) Evaluate vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay learning process, progress, and results of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students satisfying vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay required achievements and specific manifestations concerning vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay components of each subject according to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Literacy Elimination Program.
b) Evaluate vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay formation and development of students' qualities and capabilities through vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay main qualities and core competencies as prescribed by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Literacy Elimination Program.
2. Evaluation methods
a) Evaluation by comments
- Teachers observe students during class and record their manifestations to use as evidence to evaluate vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students' learning and training process;
- Teachers make comments and assessments of students' products and activity results, thereby assessing students according to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay relevant evaluation contents;
