According to Article 6 ofDecree 76/2019/ND-CP, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ initial allowance when starting a job in an area with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions as follows:

Initial allowance when taking up a position in an area with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions

trực tiếp bóng đá k+ subjects mentioned in Article 2 of this Decree, when taking up a position in an agency, organization, or unit in an area with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ first time, shall be entitled to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following allowances:

1. An initial allowance equivalent to 10 months of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ statutory pay rate at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ time of taking up trực tiếp bóng đá k+ position in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ area with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions.

2. In case trực tiếp bóng đá k+ family accompanies trực tiếp bóng đá k+ individual to work in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ area with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions, in addition to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ initial allowance, they shall also receive:

a) Travel and luggage expenses for family members traveling together, calculated based on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ actual ticket price and transportation costs of public transport or reimbursed according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ fixed rate based on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ actual kilometers traveled multiplied by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ standard rate of public transport (train, boat, passenger car);

b) An allowance equivalent to 12 months of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ statutory pay rate for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ household.

3. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ allowances specified in clauses 1 and 2 of this Article shall be paid by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ agency, organization, or unit in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ area with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions where trực tiếp bóng đá k+ subject takes up trực tiếp bóng đá k+ position and shall be paid out immediately upon commencement of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ job and shall only be provided once during trực tiếp bóng đá k+ total actual working time in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ area with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions.

According to Article 3 ofDecree 73/2024/ND-CP, which stipulates trực tiếp bóng đá k+ statutory pay rate as follows:

Statutory pay rate

1. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ statutory pay rate is trực tiếp bóng đá k+ basis for:

a) Calculating salary levels in salary tables, allowances, and implementing other policies as stipulated by law for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ subjects mentioned in Article 2 of this Decree;

b) Calculating operational expenses and subsistence allowances according to regulations;

c) Calculating contributions and policies based on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ statutory pay rate.

2. From July 1, 2024, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ statutory pay rate is 2,340,000 VND/month.

1. Mobile allowance

Teachers, public employees managing education specializing in literacy eradication and education popularization who must regularly travel to villages are entitled to a mobile allowance coefficient of 0.2 times trực tiếp bóng đá k+ statutory pay rate.

2. Allowance for teaching ethnic minority languages

Teachers, public employees managing education who teach ethnic minority languages are entitled to an allowance of 50% of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ current salary (according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ salary table issued by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ competent authority of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Communist Party and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ State) plus trực tiếp bóng đá k+ position allowance, seniority allowance exceeding trực tiếp bóng đá k+ salary bracket (if any).

1. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ actual working time in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions is trực tiếp bóng đá k+ total working time with compulsory social insurance contributions in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions (if there is a discontinuous period without receiving social insurance benefits, it shall be accumulated), including:

a) Working time in agencies, organizations, public service providers of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Communist Party, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ State, socio-political organizations;

b) Working time in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ People's Army, People's Police, and cryptography agencies
