Based on point b, clause 3, Article 8 ofDecree 04/2021/ND-CP, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations are as follows:
Violations of admission organization regulations
- Fining from 10,000,000 VND to 20,000,000 VND for any of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following acts:
a) Announcing admissions, publishing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay admission proposal incorrectly or insufficiently according to current legal regulations;
b) Announcing admissions not within trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay time frame prescribed by current legal regulations.
- Fining from 20,000,000 VND to 30,000,000 VND for any of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following acts:
a) Publishing admission quotas exceeding trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay quantity as per regulations for determining admission quotas;
b) Failing to follow trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay prescribed admission process as per current legal regulations.
3. Fining from 30,000,000 VND to 40,000,000 VND for any of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following acts:
a) Failing to announce trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay input quality assurance threshold for fields of study with prescribed quality assurance thresholds;
b) Conducting admissions not in accordance with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay announced admission proposal.
- Fining from 40,000,000 VND to 60,000,000 VND for organizing admissions for fields, disciplines, or foreign education programs without permission.
- Additional penalties: Expelling foreigners committing violations specified in clause 4 of this Article.
- Remedial measures: Compulsory transfer of qualified admitted students who have enrolled to other qualified educational institutions that are permitted to operate, or annulment of admission decisions, refund of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay collected fees to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students if trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transfer cannot be arranged, for violations specified in clause 4 of this Article.
