Eligibility
- For trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro national competition for excellent students:
a) Students currently studying at upper secondary schools who have satisfactory or higher ratings in conduct and academic performance according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro results of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro semester (or school year) immediately preceding trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro competition and are selected for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro competition team of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro respective unit;
b) Each contestant is allowed to participate in only one subject per school year.
- For trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro selection competition for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Olympic team:
Upper secondary school students who fall into one of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro following categories:
a) Selected by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training from among trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro students who won awards in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro national competition for excellent students in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro same school year based on descending order of exam scores, ensuring that trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro number of students selected for each subject does not exceed eight (08) times trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro number of students needed for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro national team to participate in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro international Olympic competition for that subject;
b) Did not participate in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro national competition for excellent students in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro same school year, but were members of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro national team that participated in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro regional Olympic competition; members of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro national team who participated in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro international Olympic competition in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro previous school year.

Exam Proposal Council
- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Exam Proposal Council is established by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Minister of Education and Training.
- Structure and composition of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Exam Proposal Council:
a) Chairman of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Council: Leadership of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Quality Management Department;
b) Vice Chairman of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Council: Leadership of several relevant units under trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training, Head of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Examination Management Department, leaders of higher education institutions;
c) Members, Secretary: Civil servants, public employees of units under trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training and higher education institutions, upper secondary schools; in which, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro standing member is an official of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Quality Management Department;
d) Each subject examination has an Exam Proposal Team consisting of a team leader and exam drafters, exam reviewers. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro exam drafters and reviewers are individuals belonging to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro following categories: officials and public employees, researchers, full-time lecturers, full-time teachers working at educational institutions that meet all trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro requirements stipulated in Clauses 2 and 3, Article 8 of this Regulation; other cases are decided by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Minister of Education and Training. During trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro examination year, any individual who has students whom they directly teach in class participating in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro examination or presiding over/supervising trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro team from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro participating unit is not allowed to participate in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Exam Proposal Team;
e) Public security force members assigned by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Public Security; staff and technicians assigned by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Government of Vietnam Cryptographic Board;
f) Security, medical staff, service personnel assigned by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training.
