Recognition of Graduation and Issuance of Diplomas
- Students are considered and recognized as graduates when they meet vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following conditions:
a) Accumulate sufficient modules, credits, and complete other mandatory contents as required by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training program, meeting vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay output standards of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training program;

Time limit for issuance of degrees and certificates
1. vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authorized person stipulated in clause 1, Article 15 of this regulation is responsible for issuing degrees to learners within vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following time frame:
a) 75 days from vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision recognizing graduation from secondary school, high school;
b) 30 days from vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision recognizing graduation from secondary vocational, college, university;

d) 30 days from vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision recognizing vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay doctoral degree and awarding a doctoral diploma.
2. vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authorized person stipulated in clause 2, Article 15 of this regulation is responsible for issuing certificates to learners, not later than 30 days from vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay conclusion of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training, upgrading, or certification examination course.
3. While waiting for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay degree issuance, learners eligible for graduation degrees are granted provisional graduation certificates by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institution where they studied.

Principles for Managing and Issuing Degrees, Certificates
1. Degrees and certificates are managed uniformly, with decentralized management to Departments of Education and Training, granting autonomy and responsibility to teacher training institutions and higher education institutions as stipulated in Article 3 of this regulation.
2. Degrees and certificates are issued once, except in cases stipulated in Article 18 of this regulation.
3. All fraudulent activities in issuing and using degrees, certificates are strictly prohibited.
