Private schools and kindergartens have an organizational structure that meets xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organizational structure requirements as stipulated in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay preschool charter and is appropriate to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay conditions and scale of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school, including:
- Board of Directors (if any);
- Supervisory Board;
- Principal and Vice Principals;
- Specialized units;
- Office units;
- Mass organizations;
- Groups and classes.
In which, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal is xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay direct manager of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay private kindergarten as stipulated in Article 13 of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Regulations on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization and operation of private preschools, issued together withCircular 13/2015/TT-BGDDT, specifically as follows:
Principal
1. xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal of a private school or kindergarten is a person who meets xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay standards as stipulated in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay preschool charter, is no older than 65 years old at xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay time of nomination, and is not an official or public employee within xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay state payroll.
2. xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal directly manages and operates xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay activities of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school or kindergarten; is legally responsible to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay law, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay education management authority, and xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Board of Directors (if any) for organizing and operating specialty activities, ensuring xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay quality of nurturing, caring, educating, and operating xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school or kindergarten within xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay scope of assigned tasks and authority. xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal’s term is 5 (five) years.
3. For private schools or kindergartens with a Board of Directors, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal is nominated and elected by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Board of Directors through secret ballot with over 50% approval; ratified by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay General Assembly of capital-contributing members, and recognized by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent state management agency.
4. For private schools or kindergartens with a Board of Directors, besides xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duties and powers stipulated in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay preschool charter and xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions in Clause 2 of this Article, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal of private schools or kindergartens has xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following duties and powers:
a) Organize xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay implementation of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay resolutions of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Board of Directors;
b) Organize xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay mobilization, management, and use of resources, care activities, education, and other activities of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school or kindergarten according to regulations, ensuring quality, compliance with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay law, and xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay plan approved by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Board of Directors to achieve xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay development goals of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school or kindergarten;
c) Propose organizational structure plans, staffing, and personnel of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school or kindergarten to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Board of Directors for approval; serve as xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay president or vice president of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay recruitment council for teachers; assign, manage, evaluate, classify, commend, and discipline teachers and staff according to legal regulations after approval by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Board of Directors.
d) Prepare annual budget estimates and settlements for submission to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Board of Directors for approval; organize financial plans according to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school's or kindergarten's regulations; periodically report to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Board of Directors and related management levels on financial and activity management of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school or kindergarten;
dd) Ensure order, security, environmental protection, and safety within xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school or kindergarten;
e) Have xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay right to attend Board of Directors' meetings (if not a member) but do not have xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay right to vote; are responsible for reporting to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay General Assembly of capital-contributing members on nurturing and educational activities; have xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay right to preserve dissenting opinions against Board of Directors’ decisions and report to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay direct education management agency for consideration and handling.
5. During xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay same period, a person is only allowed to be xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal of one private school or kindergarten.
* Note:xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay private kindergarten will not have a Board of Directors (Article 11 of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Regulations on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization and operation of private preschools, issued together withCircular 13/2015/TT-BGDDT).

- Encourages private preschool education institutions to invest in modern equipment to enhance xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay quality of child care and education.

In addition, private kindergartens are allowed to mobilize funds in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form of share contributions, capital contributions from employees within xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay unit, and mobilize other lawful funds through cooperation, association with businesses, economic organizations, financial institutions, and individuals inside and outside xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay country.

[2]Tuition fees and fees collected from learners following legal regulations;

[4]Investments, sponsorships, aid, support, and gifts from domestic and foreign organizations and individuals;
[5]Loans from banks, credit institutions, and individuals;
