Pursuant to Article 9Decree 84/2020/ND-CP:

- Subjects: Students under trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay nomination policy; students at pre-university schools, ethnic boarding upper secondary schools; students at vocational education institutions for war invalids, and persons with disabilities.

- Level of benefits:

+ For students under trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay nomination policy, students at pre-university schools, ethnic boarding upper secondary schools; students at vocational education institutions for war invalids, and persons with disabilities: trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay scholarship amount is 80% of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay statutory pay rate/month;

+ For students who are war invalids from poor households studying at vocational education institutions for war invalids and persons with disabilities: trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay scholarship amount is 100% of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay statutory pay rate/month.

- Principles of benefits:

+ Only one policy scholarship can be granted during trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay entire study period;

+ In trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay case of students eligible for multiple policies at trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay same time, only one highest policy can be applied, or if studying multiple majors at multiple educational institutions, only one policy can be applied at one major of an educational institution;

+ Students who are eligible for policies under this Article but are also eligible for preferential allowances, social allowances, or merit-based scholarships will still receive these policies as stipulated;

+ Students who are disciplined and forced to drop out or suspended from studies will not receive trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay policies stipulated under this Article from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay effective date of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay disciplinary decision or during trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay suspension period;

+ Policy scholarships are granted for 12 months/year; trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay period of enjoying trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay policy must not exceed trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay maximum time or number of semesters required to complete trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay training program corresponding to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay respective courses as stipulated. For trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay final academic year, it is based on trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay actual months of study.

For students at ethnic boarding upper secondary schools, pre-university schools who are repeating a school year, they will still receive trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay policy scholarship for trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay first repeated school year as stipulated.

+ For training programs using module or credit accumulation methods, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay policy scholarship will be granted based on trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay converted training time but must not exceed trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay training time of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay field, trade, and training level equivalent to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay annual curriculum, calculated by trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay following formula:

+ Policy scholarships do not apply to students pursuing a second degree, training by local demand, distance education, joint training, and part-time study.

Therefore,students at vocational education institutions for persons with disabilities are entitled to a policy scholarship amounting to 80% of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay statutory pay rate/month.

* Required documents:

- For students at vocational education institutions for war invalids and persons with disabilities:

Application form (Form No. 02Downloadand Form No. 03Download);

Certified copy from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay original book, a notarized copy from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay original or a copy accompanying trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay original for comparison of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay birth certificate;

Certified copy from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay original book, a notarized copy from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay original, or a copy accompanying trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay original for comparison of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay disability certification issued by trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Commune People's Committee for students with disabilities;

For students with disabilities without a disability certificate, a certified copy from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay original book, a notarized copy from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay original or a copy accompanied by trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay original for comparison of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay district-level People's Committee's decision on social allowances for persons with disabilities;

Certified copy from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay original book, a notarized copy from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay original or a copy accompanying trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay original for comparison of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay war invalid’s certificate for students who are war invalids.

* Procedure for granting scholarships:

- For students at vocational education institutions for war invalids and persons with disabilities:

+ Within 15 days from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay date of enrollment, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay vocational education institution must inform students about trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay scholarship policies, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay submission deadline, and guide students to submit trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay documents as stipulated.

Each student only needs to submit one set of documents once to apply for a scholarship during their whole study period at trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay vocational education institution;

+ For students at public vocational education institutions: trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay principal of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay public vocational education institution organizes trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay appraisal of documents, compiles, and prepares a list and budget estimate for trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay policy support for study expenses for students (Form No. 04Download) and submits it to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay direct management agency for approval, which then sends it to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay financial authority to be presented to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay competent authority for approval.

In case trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay documents do not meet trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay requirements, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay public vocational education institution must notify trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay students within 05 working days from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay date of receiving trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay documents;

+ For students at private vocational education institutions: Students submit an application (Form No. 03Download) to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay vocational education institution where they are studying for confirmation within 10 working days from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay date of receiving trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay application and guide students to submit trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay documents to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs Department where trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay student has permanent residence.
