2. Students who complete trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay lower secondary education program and meet trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay conditions prescribed by trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Minister of Education and Training are granted lower secondary diplomas by trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay head of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay educational specialized agency under trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay district-level People's Committee.
